To share the raya festivity, more than 10,000 people thronged the old State Legislative Assembly (DUN) building yesterday to attend the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nancy Shukry’s Hari Raya open house. 首相署部长拿督斯里南茜苏克里于昨日在旧立法议会大厦举办开斋节开放门户，获得超过1万人出席。 州元首敦丕显斯里泰益玛目与夫人杜潘拉嘉古迪泰益、首长拿督阿玛阿邦佐哈里与夫人拿汀阿玛祖玛安妮出席这项开放门户，向南茜苏克里贺节。 其他出席者还包括砂地方政府及房屋部长拿督沈桂贤，联邦妇女、家庭与社会发展部部长拿督斯里罗哈尼和州助理部长等。
Night run safety awareness campaign
The City Jogger’s Club (CJC) together with SUPP Pending branch will be organizing a night run safety awareness campaign. The campaign is endorsed by Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan (MBKS) and will be held at the foyer of MBKS building at 6:45PM Thursday July 13th 2017. Members of the Public are welcome to join the campaign cum night run. A brief safety talk will be provided by the CJC’s president Mr Chan Boon Teck.
