SUPP setting up a ‘Safeguard Sarawak Task force”

Collection for a cancer patient
As part of his public duty to help the less fortunate, State Assemblyman for Piasau, Dato’ Sebastian Ting handed over a cheque for Mdm Ann Hii who is suffering from cancer. Hii has been treating her cancer in China and need assistance from members of the public. 人联党捍卫砂拉越特工队助首长索回权力
砂人联党成立“捍卫砂拉越特工队”，以协助首席部长拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿德南沙登争取砂拉越的权益。 砂人联党主席拿督沈桂贤说，这支特工队是由党副主席拿督李景胜领导，成员包括本地几位历史学者。 他强调，要索回砂拉越权益，必须要有凭据，而砂人联党很幸运在党图书库拥有一些历史资料，包括文件正本，让一些历史可以得到依据。该历史资料是保存在1994年设立的研究与资源中心内。 他说，研究委员会共同收集所有历史资料，包括从英国得到一些历史文件，以便可以转交给阿德南。 “这些文件记录非常重要，因为它可让人们，尤其是砂拉越人了解当初签署的协议，从中知道自己的权益。” 沈桂贤表示，砂拉越并非是争取新的诉求，而是索回本身应有的权益。 他指出，在与首相拿督斯里纳吉会面时，后者亦认同砂拉越人的诉求是合理的。 根据阿德南日前披露，砂拉越与联邦的权力下放协商，预料会在今年年杪有结果。
