Collection for a cancer patient
As part of his public duty to help the less fortunate, State Assemblyman for Piasau, Dato’ Sebastian Ting handed over a cheque for Mdm Ann Hii who is suffering from cancer.
Hii has been treating her cancer in China and need assistance from members of the public. So far,
Ting said when the party first heard about the unfortunate news, the Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) decided to make a collection and had so far managed to collect almost RM40,000 for her.
Yesterday Hii turned up at the party Headquarters in Miri to receive the cheque.
