砂人联党创党以来,首次设立“砂哈地终身忠诚奉献精神奖”与“砂哈地终身精神奖”,并于今日2025年党员代表大会颁发予两名资深党员,以表扬和纪念他们的奉献。 砂副总理兼人联党主席拿督阿玛沈桂贤在众多党领袖陪同下,颁发“砂哈地终身忠诚奉献精神奖”予已故前党主席拿督巴丁宜黄顺开,由99岁的黄顺开夫人拿汀巴丁宜杨守勤代领,后者1978年加入人联党,始终默默支持丈夫的政治工作。 同时,现场颁发“砂哈地终身精神奖”予91岁的温锡华。 砂人联党秘书长拿督陈超耀呼吁党员们以已故前党主席拿督巴丁宜黄顺开,以及现年91岁高龄的资深党员温锡华为榜样,继续与党领袖维持团结精神,共同为砂拉越、砂人民及党的长远愿景而奋斗。 他说,人联党今日所颁发“砂哈地终身忠诚奉献精神奖”与“砂哈地终身精神奖”,由党中央委员会议决设立,旨在表彰对党长期奉献、忠诚与精神坚韧的党员。 陈超耀今日在颁奖仪式上表示,黄顺开及温锡华都是党历史重要见证者与贡献者。在党创立初期以至后来党争、党产纠纷等艰难时期,两位老党员始终坚定站在党的立场,展现出无私奉献、坚定不移的精神。 “砂人联党自1959年6月4日创党至今,历经英殖民地时代、战争岁月、反政府运动及多次政治风浪,惟党始终坚守为人民奋斗的初心。我们的每一步,都离不开这些老党员的牺牲与付出。” 他也向代领奖项的黄顺开夫人杨守勤表达谢意,赞赏她在人联党面对诗巫党产纠纷的关键时刻挺身而出,为党作证、为党发声,使党成功守住宝贵资产与党重要建筑物。 同时,他也向66年来与党同行的温锡华致以崇高敬意。后者自1959年随党起步,与党共患难、同进退,是见证党走过风雨的中流砥柱。 “砂哈地终身精神奖是我们对两位老党员最真诚的肯定与致敬。虽然党能够给予的不多,但我们永远铭记他们的忠诚、坚毅与奉献。”

砂人联党今日召开2025年党员代表大会,并通过6项提案。以下为人联党2025年党员代表大会通过提案: 1.人联党坚定不移支持砂总理拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里的领导,并完全认同他所制定的砂快速发展战略蓝图。人联党也承诺全力支持砂盟成员党的领导,共同为第13届砂选举做好准备。 2.人联党促请政府加强全国性策略,以打击错误资讯、虚假资讯以及社交媒体“回音室效应”(Echo Chamber)所造成的伤害,从而维护社会和谐、民主价值与国家稳定。 3.人联党呼吁政府,尤其是教育部正式将心理韧性视为学生身心健康的重要组成部分,并将心理健康教育与情绪韧性课程纳入国家教育体系。 4.人联党促请砂政府落实“砂乐龄福利计划”,为年满65岁长者提供每年1000令吉财政援助,以提升长者生活质量及社会保障。 5.作为砂盟核心成员党,人联党重申其坚持“砂拉越优先”的原则,并将砂人民的利益置于首位。人联党注重强大、团结及本土政党的重要性,强调砂盟成员党之间紧密合作,以巩固政治稳定,并承诺共同捍卫砂拉越的权益,保障全体砂拉越人民福祉。 6.人联党促请砂政府允许所有砂拉越长者,自动符合资格参与“乐龄人医疗津贴计划”(SCHB),以确保更多长者能够获得应有健康援助。
