SUPP Youth Central – “Completely Not Acceptable”

Sarawak Chief Minister announced that there will be BN direct candidates contest in Sibu Bawang Assan and Dudong constituencies.

SUPP Youth Central’s stance is ” Completely Not Acceptable”. The two seats was allocated to SUPP under BN, SUPP youth will Insists the stance of ” No compromise, No Concession ”

While Sarawak BN government focus on rural development and the autonomy within the Federation of Malaysia, SUPP youth urges the Government should not ignore the soft part of social development, I.e. Social Welfare, Moral Lifting, Spiritual Development and installing the Social Justice.

If the BN direct candidates is adopted, it will destroy the political principles and moral and hence good policies implemented by CM will suffer from erosion.

In the BN family, the spirit is mutual respect and not to interrupt internal affair of component parties. To allow BN direct candidates will surely destroy the spirit of mutual trust among the BN family.

SUPP form the coalition government with PBB in 1970, exert all her effort, helping the development of Sarawak jointly with PBB. In 1987 Min court political crisis, SUPP adhere to partnership spirit to support PBB and overcome the political turbulence, this is SUPP political principle, SUPP is not asking for kindness or debt of gratitude, but hope Sarawak CM will also adhere to political principle, uplift the political moral, leading Sarawakian to a higher level of social justice.

SUPP has started for state election campaigning since middle of year 2015 under the new party leadership, we are confidence to regain back most of the lost seats. But the campaigning spirit will be demoralized and weakening the winning chance of SUPP if the candidates are not from SUPP.
