Ground breaking ceremony of SJKC Stampin
Senator Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian, Local Government Minister recently attended the ground breaking ceremony of SJKC Stampin relocation by the Minister of Education Malaysia Datuk Sri Mahdzir.
Chinese Schools in Urban area in Sarawak tends to be over crowded as it caters for all races and religions. Sarawakian preferably choose the Chinese Schools as parents would like their children to master languages in Chinese, English and Bahasa.
Dr Sim believes that by sharing the success of these schools, it provides unity rather than causing disunity.
