Flooding in Kpg Merikan
Dato Sebastian went down to Kpg Merikan for a site inspection on the flooding problem in the area. After yesterday’s heavy rain, kpg Merikan was flooded with water due to a lack of water way to discharge the water.
The DID and Land & Survey was contacted for more information and action on the issue. Most of the squatters have moved out, though there are still some who are still there.
In the afternoon, the relevant authorities have helped to dig a temporary drain to discharge the water.
