Ding hoping to be BN-SUPP candidate for Meradong
About 5,000 people turned up at a ‘Santai Bersama Komuniti’ at the basketball stadium here Friday night, courtesy of BN Meradong candidate hopeful Ding Kuong Hiing.
In his address to the crowd, Ding expressed his hope that Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Adenan Satem would nominate him as the BN-SUPP candidate for Meradong in the coming state election.
Ding said he has worked hard to ensure a win for SUPP this round and when he was Sarikei MP, he has given whole heartedly to service the people in Meradong.
Despite losing, Ding said he continues to visit longhouse and villagers when they came to him with their problems.
