Active Sunday

In conjunction with International Women’s day, SUPP Women Central, together with SUPP Kuching 5 branches’ women section: Kota Sentosa Branch, Pending Branch, Batu Kawa Branch, Batu Lintang Branch and Kuching Branch, jointly organizing a morning of aerobic exercise event with free eye screening for public.

The event which is called ‘Active Sunday’ will be held on Sunday March 20th at 7am at MJC New Township Open Field.

The purpose of Active Sunday is to encourage public to be more physically active, and to create awareness on eye care.

Active Sunday will starts with aerobic exercise lead by instructor from Level Up Fitness. At the same time, optometrists from ANNA Optic will also be on site to provide free eye exam for the public.

Other exciting programs including folk dance performance by Kuching Dance Association and Chinese Stretching Show.

Complementary T-shirt and breakfast will be provided by the organizer. They will also be lucky draw at the end of the event, so don’t forget to bring your IC as the winner will be picked randomly using the IC number provided during the registration.
