Helping out flood victims in Batu Kitang
SUPP President, Senator Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian said there is serious need for flood mitigation to prevent flooding in low lying areas.
Dr. Sim was visiting the Batu Kitang evacuation centre yesterday and this is the second time he has done so.
He said it was very unfortunate that the flood victims have to suffer twice in a short time.
Dr. Sim also gave away food packages to the victims.
