SUPP Public Complaints Bureau statement
SUPP Public Complaints Bureau Chief, Wilfred Yap was recently approached by the residents of Taman Top Green Height, Jalan Datuk Stephen Yong, Batu Kawa, who complained of pot holes on the roads in their housing estate.
Following the complaint received, Yap together with an officer from MPP immediately went to inspect and assess the situation and also to see what can be done to resolve the problem.
The problem has now been solved by MPP maintenance division who have since resurfaced the various sections of the road affected.
SUPP Public Complaints Bureau Chief Wilfred Yap also requested that in future, MPP council staff shall increase the frequency of inspection of all council roads in their area and ensure that these are in good condition and well maintained.
