Piasau branch election
Miri: Sarawak United People’s Party, Piasau Branch Chairman, Datuk Sebastian Ting Chiew Yew who is also the SUPP Publicity chief, has submitted his nomination form for the branch election to be held on July 7th.
Ting is presently the Chairman for Piasau branch after winning the branch election in 2011 against Hii King Chiong. The position was formerly held by Datuk Patinggi Dr. George Chan who retired after losing in the last State election.
The Piasau Branch annual general meeting and election will be held on July 27 while the Piasau branch Youth and Woman’s wings will hold their branch election on July 26.
