SUPP Pujut Youth: SUPP welcomes UPP members
In response to proclamation of UPP Youth Chief Johnichal Rayong Ngipa, SUPP Pujut Youth Chief Alex Chu made the following statement:
1. SUPP Pujut Youth supports fully the leadership and stand point of Michael Tiang, SUPP Youth Central Chairman
2. Deplores regretfully and condemns Johnichal’s words that carries personal attack
3. Sarawak Chief Minister has called upon SUPP and UPP to be united with the interests of the Chinese community as the prerequisite and jointly face the upcoming general election. In response to this, SUPP has shown magnanimity and generosity in welcoming UPP leaders for a return, putting aside the fact that they once left and set up another party.
4. Hence, we urge Johnichal to stop publishing such irrational and immature message that might hurt the reconciliation and unity of both sides, but rather put solidarity in first place.
