SUPP Pending Branch BR1M service team
Following the setting up of SUPP Pending Branch BR1M service team at Kenyalang wet market on Saturday (2nd December 2017), to help public to apply and up-date BR1M information, almost 250 applications were updated within 3 hours.
A large number of members of the public, especially the elderly, still do not understand the process and requirements of the application or update.
