Cleaning campaign
Supp Pending branch women section and Special Affairs Department (JASA) have jointly organised a cleaning campaign at the SJK (C) SG APONG on19 April.
Due to the high rate of dengue fever, the two sections decided to give the school a hand in cleaning up the place and ensuring that empty bottles and other rubbish would not collect water to spread the breeding of aedes mosquitoes.
SUPP Youth Central Chairman, Tan Kai who was there, said the gotong royong spirit brings everyone together. He said it was not only a good exercise for all of them but they also made new young friends while helping out to clean up their school.
