New block for SJK Chung Hua Sungai Moyan
Local Government minister, Senator Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian performed the SJK Chung Hua Sungai Moyan new school block earth breaking ceremony recently.
He said the school has contributed 75 yrs to the community in its education demand of Chinese Primary School in Sungai Moyang Batu Kawa. It currently has 235 students with 32% of them bumiputera.
The new block is just in time in anticipation of the rapid growth in housing in the area.
“The new class room block materialised due to the generous funding of $2 million grant from the Federal Government through the Prime Minister and others generous donors, ” he said.
Dr. Sim said SUPP will continue the tradition of community support and commitments.
