SPCB assisting residents of Lorong 4, Jalan Sungai Tapang
SUPP Public Complaints Bureau (SPCB) Chief cum candidate for N12 Kota Sentosa, Wilfred Yap was recently approached by the residents of Lorong 4, Jalan Sungai Tapang for assistance to solve their problems.
The residents staying at Lorong 4, Jalan Sungai Tapang complained of abandoned vehicles, rotten smell from rubbish trucks under repairs, blocked drains due to overgrown weeds and shrubs which was affecting water flow and poor road condition of Lorong 4, Jalan Sungai Tapang.
According to them, the abandoned vehicles are unsightly and requested for the removal of the said vehicles. The residents also hope that the repairs of rubbish trucks which causes the rotten smell can be moved further inside and not be too near the residential houses. The residents concerned also requested for the road to be repaired and for the clearing of overgrown weeds in the earth drains which was affecting water flow.
Following the complaint received, Wilfred Yap immediately highlighted the issue and notified MPP and requested for their assistance to solve the problems faced by the residents from Lorong 4, Jalan Sungai Tapang.
In connection with this Wilfred Yap hopes that the current Stampin Member of Parliament YB Julian Tan and current Kota Sentosa State Assemblyman YB Chong Chieng Jen will also raise the bad road conditions and poor drainage situation of certain areas in N12 Kota Sentosa area to the relevant Ministry and also assist the affected residents to apply and secure development funds to resolve the matter.
