砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里今日主持砂安全理事会会议，讨论2019年冠状病毒病疫情最新应对措施。 他指出，砂政府鉴定7个地区为新冠肺炎热点地区，即古晋、西连、木中、泗里街、民都鲁、美里及林梦。 同时，砂政府寻求私人医院配合，让私人医院可展开冠病检测工作。目前，砂政府已经向婆罗洲医药中心、金宝林医药中心、KPJ医药中心及诺玛专科医药中心接洽，以加强应付疫情所需的检测工作。 阿邦佐哈里感谢砂人民在行动管制令生效期间予以配合，并感激执法人员不辞劳苦地执行任务，包括前线人员如军方、警方、医护人员、移民局人员等。他也再次呼吁人民保持合作，毕竟事关重大，否则病毒感染可能更难以控制。 “民众必须遵守有关当局的指示，就是尽量待在家。” 他强调，疫情的严重性不该被忽视。行动管制令的实施，是为了打击病毒感染机率，因为疫情可对社区、砂拉越及整个国家造成负担，更可对每个人的健康及安危造成影响，若不加以关注的话。 另外，阿邦佐哈里宣布关闭部分边境检查站，并即刻生效，仅允许部分砂拉越与汶莱之间，以及砂拉越与印尼边境之间的关税、移民及检疫中心（CIQ）继续开放运作。 获准继续开放运作的关税、移民及检疫中心即双溪都九（Sungai Tujuh）、腾敦岸（Tedungan）、潘达峦（Pandaruan）和孟加勒（Mengkalap），时间是早上6时至晚上8时。 至于继续运作的砂拉越与加里曼丹之间的边境检验检疫站，包括打毕禄、比亚瓦（Biawak）和鲁勃安都的边境检查站，开放时间为上午9时至下午3时。 他表示，上述运作时间已获得汶莱及印尼方面的同意。

砂首长兼砂安全理事会主席拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里今晚宣布砂拉越应对2019年冠状病毒病疫情最新措施。 他在国父大厦召开新闻发布会时，指冠病确诊数据有激增趋势，因此砂政府决定采取更严谨的措施，防范冠病疫情继续扩散。 他指出，今晚砂安全理事会召开的会议，决定推出从3月18日至31日生效的措施，以迎合首相丹斯里慕尤丁早前宣布同期落实的行动限制条例。 砂政府最新措施包括： 1. 政府办公室从3月18日起关闭至31日。 2. 只有提供“必须服务”（essential services）的政府部门及机构办公室，才能照常运作。 3. 商业场所包括工厂暂时关闭2个星期，除非提供“必须服务”的店面。同时，只有在沙玛拉朱、沙玛再也高科技工业园的工厂，以及三夹板厂可以继续运作，惟必须限定于基本操作的员工。 4. 所有餐馆及食肆仍可以照常营业，但食客不允许在店内用餐。 5. 公众只被允许出外购买生活基本用品，或获得重要的服务。 任何不遵守上述指示者，可被判监禁或罚款，或两者兼施。
入境砂拉越者须居家隔离14天

陈超耀：新任首相应关注国油与砂政府诉讼案
砂拉越人民联合党中央秘书长拿督陳超耀律师表示，随着联邦政府政权更迭，希盟政府垮台，国油公司也拥有“新主人”，砂人联党呼吁新任首相丹斯里慕尤丁认真关注国油公司与砂政府的两宗诉讼案件。 国油也应该向慕尤丁详细汇报诉讼案件详情。砂人联党认为，两宗诉讼案件的最佳解决方案是： （一）国油公司认同并允许砂政府征收13亿令吉石油产品销售税。 （二）国油公司撤回针对砂拉越政府征收石油产品销售税的司法检讨申请。 陈超耀今日发文告指出，砂人联党及普遍砂人民希望两宗案件会很快落幕，慕尤丁也应该比前朝希盟政府，更友善及公平对待砂拉越。我们会等待相关好消息。 他说，布城上诉庭三司昨日一致驳回国油公司律师代表团，撤换古晋高庭司法专员陈赐荣的上诉，维持后者承审砂拉越政府向国油公司追讨13亿令吉石油产品销售税及罚款的民事诉讼。 他表示，砂人联党恭贺及感激砂律政署顾问拿督斯里冯裕中及砂律政司拿督达叻玛目领导的法律团队，为两宗与国油公司的诉讼案件尽心尽力，捍卫砂政府及人民的利益。 “砂人联党及普遍砂人民认为，国油公司有意耽误缴付石油产品销售税的实质进展，这对砂拉越2019年及2020年的财政预算带来影响。” 陈超耀指出，砂拉越财政预算案对全体砂人民，尤其是乡区发展非常重要。国油公司拖欠的巨额销售税，须尽快缴付给砂拉越政府，以让砂拉越发展议程得以顺利落实，惠及砂人民，提升人民生活素质。 他说，前朝希盟联邦政府对砂拉越并不友善，这在国油公司采取的行动获得证明。国油公司律师代表团在2018年6月4日，距离第14届全国大选落幕未到1个月，就入禀法庭起诉砂政府。 “庆幸的是，绝大部分砂人民坚决成为砂政府后盾，他们对国油公司及希盟政府罔顾砂拉越石油权益的做法，感到不满、失望及愤怒。”
