Piasau State Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting said the Rural Transformation Program of RM100,000 for Surau Darus Salam, Taman Bumiko Miri upgrading is almost completed. There was new piping fixed for Male and female toilets, extention of new store room, rewiring of the PA System and other repair. So far, 95% of the upgrading was done as they are still waiting for carpet and some furniture.

Piasau Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting went to see the RM 212, 000 improved facilities in Kamping Luak Community Hall and was happy with the progress. He said works included extention of operation office, extention of community hall, repainting of the badminton court, re-construct its surface and replacement of old windows. Ting said the work commence on February 11 and completed on May 10. He hoped that the people will make good use of the hall and to take care of it.
