Education as a priority for Dato Sri Huang
Repok Assemblyman Dato Sri Huang Tiong Sii said he would give priority to the development of education in his constituency. In this aspect, he is committed to help all schools in the constituency to have a conducive teaching-and-learning environment. Looking into the needs of Marudi Hospital
Local Government Minister Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian has noted the request from Marudi Hospital director Dr Wong Song Yeu for a 4WD ambulance and for the emergency room of the hospital to be extended. Dr Wong said they needed the 4WD ambulance in view of the condition of the Miri-Marudi road. Part of Jalan Kung Phin to be closed for repair and maintenance work
The Padawan Municipal Council will close down part of Jalan Kung Phin from 05.05.2017 until 27.05.2017to carry out urgent repair and maintenance works. The public cooperation and patience are requested during the repair and construction period for a safer roadway. This old Culvert has come to the end of its life, its timber foundation has eventually failed and a major culvert replacement will be carried out by MPP.
公平路下陷道路紧急修补
砂人联党巴都吉当区州议员兼巴达旺市议会主席罗克强披露，面对下陷问题的四哩半公平路，将展示从今日（5日）至本月27日期间关闭部分道路，以展开维修工程。 他呼吁道路使用者给予充分合作，并在工程施工期间保持耐心。 他说，这项工程是由巴达旺市议会展开。 罗克强指出，该道路旧涵洞已经损坏，而木制基础无法支撑，导致道路下陷。
范长锡积极帮助选区教育发展
砂人联党芦勃区州议员拿督斯里范长锡强调他会注重选区上教育的发展。 他希望帮助选区上所有的学校，以提供师生更好的教学环境。 他称，在其选区的总值500万令吉的乡村转型计划拨款当中，其中的204万4000令吉的拨款，是用以提升19间学校的设施。 范长锡是于日前巡视新民学校时，这么表示。该校校方向他反映，希望可以兴建新篮球场和提升道路。 他对此表示，会考虑校方的诉求。
沈桂贤巡视马鲁帝县医院
砂拉越地方政府部长拿督沈桂贤医生于日前巡视马鲁帝县医院。 他在场了解到该医院目前所需要的基础建设，希望通过今午的交流会，让医务人员能够通过各种管道来争取更多的拨款，以争取提升。 他说，医务人员在参与大马或砂州卫生局及医务局的研讨会或开会时，可以提早到，日后找机会来认识医务局的高层，可以直接将要争取的信件直接呈报上去。 这也包括申请升级的管道，不要只等待上头给予升级，这方面都需要本身积极的争取。 他指出，每年我国政府在各领域都培育出不少的专业人士，其中包括教师，每月工资上就花费1亿令吉，包括派送医务人员到外国接受深造等，最终目的就是要让他们学成归来，为我国各领域提供最好的服务。 他也承诺与拿督朋光一起配合，来改善医院医疗设备，至于医务人员宿舍路灯不足的问题，他建议不妨使用太阳能的路灯，价格方面也比较廉宜。 有关采用四轮驱动车改装为救伤车等，到目前为止还未有类似车辆，目前就希望美里-马鲁帝路况改善之后，就会减少很多的问题。 在场包括砂地方政府部助理部长兼马鲁帝区州议员朋光曼吉。
