New stretch of roads for Batu Kawah
The whole stretch of Batu Kawa road’s first phase upgrading works will be completed by beginning of next month, said Local Government and Housing Minister, Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian. Enforcement department of the Padawan Municipal Council(MPP) who wear camera cam during their duty is a win-win situation, said Padawan Municipal chairman, Lo Khere Chiang. 公共工程局提升石角大道工程，第一阶段工程预料下个月初全面完成。 该局于本月中开始对从石角大道转入马当交通灯处，至拿督张君光大桥前这段大道进行提升工程，目前重新铺石子和第一次的铺柏油工程已完成，该局将会在下月初进行第二次的铺设柏油，届时民众就可享有更平坦的道路设施。 基于有工作人员因新冠肺炎因素，目前在隔离，影响了最后部分的工程进行，因此第二次的铺设柏油工程须延后到下个月。这种情况和处理垃圾公司因有员工被隔离，影响原定的清理垃圾时间表一样。 无论如何，目前已经解决了因提升道路引起尘埃的问题，民众受促时刻小心和安全驾驶。 有关计划是石角区议员拿督斯里沈桂贤向联邦工程部提呈提升和加强石角路安全措施的计划的一部分，整个提升石角路安全措施工程斥资近400万；上述施工中的工程斥资150万，全长1.42公里，工程项目包括提升路面设施及增设道路安装钢铁防撞栏杆。

行动党一厢情愿为马哈迪漂白
被行动党认为已经改过自新，且一直获得该党拥护的前首相敦马哈迪又再发表具有种族主义言论，完全不是一个多元民族国家的良好领袖典范。 马哈迪前两天刚提及宏愿学校计划，推崇单元教育，认定目前马来西亚实施的多元母语教育是分裂国民团结的祸根，昨天又发表说目前实施的紧急状况让巫裔受苦。 国家因为疫情而落实的紧急状况，的确对民众一些生活起居，包括国家行政带来影响和钳制，换句话，这个状态无论是行政机关或平民百姓都有受到影响，绝对不是只影响某个族群，马哈迪就怎么将它说成，只对巫裔带来受苦呢？那么其他种族呢？ 我们很惊讶，马哈迪昨日在皇宫前发表上述谈话说时，有多位行动党华裔国会议员也在场，为何他们没有即刻对马哈迪这番种族言论做出纠正和提醒？难道他们又是因为要讨好马哈迪而不认为自己是华人吗？难道这就是行动党去华化的前凑？ 在全球最危险20名极端种族主义者当中，马哈迪排名14，虽然如此，行动党一直供奉他是救国英雄，在509选举时，行动党极力说明华人支持马哈迪，一夜之间将过去对马哈迪做出的霸权、贪污、种族主义等种种指控，全部漂白。 行动党领袖告诉人民，马哈迪已经改过自新，不再种族主义，然而事实证明，行动党又再欺骗人民，马哈迪不仅没改过自新，更没有改变一直来的种族主义思想。 马哈迪曾承认，自己还是过去那个自己，显然马哈迪从来没有改变，反而是行动党一厢情愿在不断为马哈迪漂白，目的就是要吸纳华人和其他民族的支持。 行动党秘书长林冠英前两天宣称，该党是以马来西亚人优先，但他可以为了官位，不认自己是华人，该党其他领袖也在马哈迪面前，不敢为其他民族发声，所以所谓马来西亚人优先根本又是一个骗局，行动党真正的，是以某种族优先，这也是所谓的去华化。
刘会耀：联邦须归还医疗自主权予砂拉越
国会上议员刘会耀要求联邦政府，现在必须完全将医疗自主权归还砂拉越。 他强调，卫生部向诗巫分发过时且无法正常工作的呼吸器，此举是绝对不能接受的，而且在砂拉越人的观感，这严重反映了联邦政府如何对待砂拉越。 对此，他也要求联邦卫生部解释，为何分发过时机器而不是新机器。 “若它是如此脆弱，那为何还要劳烦分发来砂呢？该部必须进行调查并给出明确的解释，因为这是为了消除砂拉越人民的疑虑。” 刘会耀强调，为了相关体系重新获得信任，这是必要的，否则砂拉越怀疑被视为马来西亚的二等公民。 刘会耀指出，整体而言，在砂拉越，尤其是拉让盆地的医院设施缺乏，由于诗巫医院的设备不足，不得不向私人医院求助。 他也指出，与马来亚相比，这种大流行的冠病揭示了一个严重的事实，即缺乏投资及这里医院优先次序很低。 “例如，在当前冠病大流行，诗巫医院的10台呼吸器已经使用10年以上，并且被注销为零值。这意味着它们已过时，如果损坏则不应该维修，而应汰换更新的，然而可悲的是，每年要求汰换新的器具都没有到位。” 展望未来，他相信砂拉越与联邦政府之间建立更公平关系的唯一途径，是完全归还砂拉越医疗自主权。 “这必须包括在年度预算中，公平分配提供给砂拉越的预算，以满足砂拉越的整个医疗保健运作。在我的初次演讲中，以及在去年上议院关于《供应法案》（2021年联邦预算）的辩论中，我都提出了这一项建议。” 刘会耀表示，在过去的一年中，诗巫人民非常慷慨地向诗巫医院捐赠设备和许多其他物品，甚至2台PCR测试机都是由私人公司捐赠的，而且砂拉越政府最近为诗巫医院购买了3台新的呼吸器，私人界也向诗巫医院及加帛医院各捐赠了1台。 “当我们还向联邦政府缴税时，为什么我们必须继续购买自己的设备？这是砂拉越人必须付出的不公平惩罚吗？” 对此，他希望用于添购在砂拉越政府医院设备所花费的金额，财政部应允许捐赠者全额免税。
新一批抗疫物资运抵
来自中国的新一批抗疫物资今日运抵，部分物资马上分配至诗巫及民都鲁供前线人员使用。 砂地方政府及房屋部长拿督斯里沈桂贤今日在砂卫生局局长钱仁兴陪同下接收物资，这批运抵古晋的抗疫物资包括35万件医用塑料防护围裙、24万件医用鞋套及9万8800件医用防护服，全由砂卫生局购买。 沈桂贤透露，部分刚运抵的物资马上分派至诗巫及民都鲁，供两地前线人员使用抗疫。 他强调，砂政府将持续与联邦卫生部属下的砂卫生局紧密合作，确保前线人员的抗疫物资充足。
