SUPP Miri Piasau Branch Continues to Assist Senior Citizens with Welfare Registration

俞小珊：“砂让出石油权”说法完全误导
针对砂行动党近日对砂政府与联邦政府在石油权益谈判上的指控，人联党中央宣教秘书兼埔奕州议员俞小珊予以澄清并反驳。砂行动党的言论不仅断章取义，还刻意混淆视听，企图误导砂民。 首先，所谓“砂拉越拱手让出石油主权”的说法完全是个误导，也严重忽略了砂政府为砂拉越争取更大利益所取得的双赢局面。事实是，砂政府通过谈判确保了砂拉越的资源能够为本地带来最大化的利益，同时也确保国家石油公司（Petronas）和砂石油公司（PETROS）能以合作伙伴的方式共同发展砂拉越的石油与天然气产业。 具体而言，砂政府与联邦政府达成的共识，确保了砂拉越在石油与天然气产业中处在主导地位，砂政府不仅没有“妥协”，反而是透过谈判巩固了砂拉越在石油与天然气领域的掌控权。这些关键权力的掌握，正是确保砂拉越能够长期受惠于本土的天然资源，并为砂拉越未来的发展奠定坚实基础。 砂拉越自主权益的“斗争”是一场马拉松赛，砂政府仍在前进努力争取最有利的条件。而砂行动党呢？他们选择站在砂政府的对立面，为了政治利益不惜误导人民，挑拨砂民之间的信任与团结，这才是砂民真正应该质疑的。 俞小珊认为砂行动党的指控，完全是出于政治操作，更讽刺的是，在批评砂政府的同时，却对砂行动党国会议员在国会的表现避而不谈。试问，砂行动党作为联邦政府的其中一员，在国会为砂拉越争取了什么？当年希盟执政时，砂行动党是否曾经推动修改1974年石油发展法令（PDA 1974）？答案显然是否定的。 如今，砂政府透过谈判桌上为砂拉越争取到实质的权益，而砂行动党却选择站在对立的立场，选择性故意忽略成果，肆意抹黑砂政府。须知，在索取砂拉越自主权益的路上，“路还没有走完，还不知道谁赢谁输”；而砂行动党却急于“认定”砂政府已经“投降”，更证明了他们完全处在与砂拉越对立的立场。 “砂民需知道，要赢得一场伟大的战争，我们不需要赢得每一场战斗，而是要不断地迈进。未来还有许多战斗要打，不到最后还不知道谁是最后赢家呢。而且，砂行动党如果真的关心砂本土权益照理来说应该在国会为砂拉越争取，而不是反过来攻击砂政府。” 俞小珊再次强调，砂盟政府始终坚持“砂拉越优先”的立场，目标是确保砂拉越享有应得的权益，而不是做表面文章或作无谓的政治口水战。石油与天然气谈判是一个复杂的过程，不能一蹴而就，但砂盟政府有明确的方向和策略，确保结果符合砂拉越的最大利益。 砂政府在谈判桌上取得的成就并不会因为任何一方的误导抹黑而失去意义，时间终究会证明一切。就有如砂拉越近年来推出的许多利民政策和发展计划，几乎无一幸免遭受砂行动党的酸言酸语，可是数据和结果却不会陪他们演戏，砂拉越渐渐取得的每一项成就也仿佛一次次打脸砂行动党。 最后，俞小珊强调砂本土权益必须透过持续谈判和实际行动来实现，而不是靠攻击谩骂来达到目的。真正的胜利，更不能局限于一场谈判的结果，而是长期斗争的最终成果。 砂行动党若真的关心砂权益，就应该在国会为砂拉越发声，而不是在本地煽动情绪，制造误解，破坏砂政府的谈判成果。俞小珊也呼吁砂民理性看待这场谈判的发展，给予砂政府应有的信任与支持。

砂拉越副总理拿督阿玛沈桂贤医生表示，均衡饮食以及运动，如跑步和健身，不仅对身体健康有益，还可在参与如长跑等活动时，培养团队精神。 “我们希望每个人都拥有健康的身体，因为如果你健康，你就可能成为推动砂拉越发展的贡献者之一。你越健康，你就能为砂政府和自己做出更多贡献。我们不希望你频繁往返医院，因为经常去医院绝不是一件好事。” 他于周日在古晋南市市政局主持由马来西亚化学研究所（IKM）和天然资源即环境委员会（NREB）主办的2025年气候竞跑活动挥旗礼及致词时，这么说。 当谈及气候变化时，拿督阿玛沈桂贤医生也提醒，尽管砂拉越已接近实现“净零”目标，但公众不要轻视气候变化所带来的影响。 他强调，气候变化会影响天气模式，导致天气变得更热或更冷。 “例如，最近侵袭民都鲁的严重水灾清楚地表明了气候变化的影响。我们估计砂拉越的年平均降雨量约为3000 毫米，但仅一天时间，民都鲁的降雨量就达到900毫米，这是一个非常大的降雨量，对当地居民造成了重大影响。” 在这方面，他呼吁社会更加关注气候变化问题，共同努力保护环境，确保环境仍然适合居住。
