Sarawak Local government and Housing Minister, Dato’ Sri Dr. Sim Kui Hian warned that even after 2 doses of vaccination, it does not necessarily mean that the individual has immunity. 砂首长政治秘书陈开指出，砂政府为了鼓励和方便民众接种疫苗，日前启动氢气巴士服务载送计划，此举也解决民众面对无法前往疫苗接种中心的困苦。 这项服务目前正在进行中，直到8月31日，有需要获得这项便利的民众可以按照当局规定的时间表和车站，前往所规定的疫苗接种中心。 他日前特地抽空到访位于古晋河滨酒店前的车站，以便亲身了解情况，也登上巴士了解善用这种便利民众的看法。 他感到欣慰，利用该巴士前往疫苗接种中心的民众，都对砂政府推出这项便利交通服务感到高兴，他们认为这彻底解决交通不便或没有车辆问题。 在古晋有两条路线前往不同的疫苗接种中心，一条是途径对面江室内团结体育馆，到婆罗洲会展中心(bcck)，另一条是服务市区范围，特别是Kozi Square 路线图。 两条路线的上车和终点站，都是在古晋河滨酒店前面，服务时间是从星期一到星期五，每天上午7时30分到下午5时30分。
陈冠勋：目前是成立砂医药理事会最佳时机
砂人联党教育局主任拿督陈冠勋指出，日前大马医药协会（MMA）对于合约医生不获得永久续聘，医疗人力资源匮乏等问题，向大马医药理事会（MMC）发出联名信，以表达不满。 此事很快就获得卫生部长拿督斯里阿汉峇峇的回复，他表示医生的永久续聘从来不间断过，然而在其回复信中，他也表示永久续聘将优先考虑土著医生。此言一出马上引起大马医药界的一片哗然，纷纷讨伐拿督斯里阿汉峇峇医生具有种族歧视性质的话，认为这种话是严重辱没所有大马医生所付出的一切。 他说，砂人联党中央教育局对卫生部长拿督斯里阿汉峇峇的言论强烈表达不满，他身为全民的卫生部长，实在是不可以发出如此具有种族歧视色彩的言论，让所有正义的各族人民深感失望！ “新冠肺炎疫情期间，全马医生包括年轻但经验不足的合约医生共同努力抗击疫情，大家不分种族文化和宗教的背景尤其现在多由年轻的合约医生负责治疗新冠病人。然而他们的热诚，努力与牺牲却被拿督斯里阿汉峇峇医生的此番言论浇了一头的冷水。” 他披露，大马卫生部（MOH）聘请的合约医生问题一直以来都被人诟病，可以说是一个系统上的大失败。大马专科培训例如外科，骨科，耳鼻喉科，眼科，麻醉科等，必须要求医生进入研究生课程（master programme）进行培训，而进入研究生课程的其中一个条件是医生必须是永久续聘（permanent post）。因此，合约续聘既不能解决他们将来进修专科的问题，也不能解决大马未来专科医生不足的问题。 拿督陈冠勋指出，多年来，大马医药协会和大马卫生部也完全没有对此事件进行有效改革，导致多名医生离职，转投外国效力。 他说，政府医院人力资源紧张已是众所周知，然而拿督斯里阿汉峇峇的回复信却表示，医生若要服务大众，不一定要在政府医院工作，大可转至高校，国防局，私人领域服务，如此推卸责任的说辞也能说得如此浩意凛然，食君之禄，却不担君之忧，卫生部长的提议完全是推卸责任的，更没有提出令合约医生能够接受的方案！ “据悉，合约医生将在7月26日发动全国性罢工活动，以示对政府处理永久续聘问题和阿汉峇峇种族歧视言论的强烈不满和抗议。拿督斯里阿汉峇峇医生的回复是不专业且毁灭式的，一旦医生罢工，医疗系统势必破溃。在外国，卫生部长必须付全责，甚至下台。” 拿督陈冠勋强调，砂人联教育局对合约医生的不满和悲愤而被逼上梁山，采取罢工的行动深表同情。 据悉，大马医药协会（MMA）属下的医院医生，医疗人员和专科医生小组（SCHOMOS）上周五在脸书专页贴文指出，财政部长扎夫鲁在与他们线上会面后，已同意加速解决合约医生的合理要求。砂拉越人民联合党教育局希望财政部长会解决这些讨论了多年却迟迟未能解决的问题。 “我们也要求阿汉峇峇对其言论道歉，并一劳永逸解决合约制度问题，身为卫长，同时也是一名医生，必须言行服人，而不是献身成为种族政治的政客。” 他披露，去年九月拿督斯里阿汉峇峇在诗巫和上议员刘会耀以及黄振渊见面时，向两位表示一定会把4个砂拉越合约医生委任为永久医生，并说让四位家长放心。如今一年快要过去了，只有2个医生得到永久合约，两位合约医生还是合约医生。 砂人联合党教育局认为，这是成立砂医药理事会的最佳时刻，因为砂医药问题也只有砂拉越人最理解，也只有我们才能自己解决。

陈超耀：美里得来速检测周六启用

陈超耀巡视排水系统工程
砂拉越人民联合党卑尔骚区议员拿督陈超耀律师日前巡视美里甘榜西莱排水系统工程，该工程目前已提前完工。 该耗资20万令吉的工程原本预计今年9月完工，惟已提前完成。工程涵括挖掘一条290公尺长，宽5尺的洋灰沟渠。 陈超耀指出，该工程在2020年乡区转型计划下获得拨款建造，于今年3月17日展开，工程原计划于9月16日完成，为期6个月。由于施工过程顺利，比计划工期提前3个月完成。

Piasau State Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting went with DID, Council and contractors to view the newly constructed drain of 290 meters in Kampung Sealine. Ting said the project was planned last year under the Rural Transformation programme (RTP) from the State government. He said due to frequent flooding there, they were trying to reconstruct the drain to have proper flow of rainwater. Ting said he was glad that the project was done three months ahead of time. It started in March and was supposed to be completed by September.

程明智：联邦须尽快归还教育自主权予砂
砂人联党青年总团长程明智关注砂拉越小学师资正面对严重不足，并促教育部必须立即培训更多砂本土教师填补，而联邦政府也应尽快归还教育自主权给砂拉越。 他强调，砂拉越的小学师资面对严重不足，直接影响到教育素质，非常严重问题，教育部应透明化填补教师空缺，包括培训砂本土有志从事教育者，是当务之急。 他针对高级政务部长（教育部）莫哈末拉兹今日公布，国内4个州属面对较严重的师资短缺问题，即沙巴、砂拉越、柔佛和雪兰莪州。其中砂拉越的师资空缺最多的言论，作上述声称。 程明智发文告表明，砂拉越绝对不是一个“州属”，应被称为是一个“邦”；实际上也是具有“邦”的地位，是不应沦为师资空缺出现最多的不良情况。 他强调，砂人联党青年总团全力支持砂盟政府，向联邦力争之前遭剥夺参与建国的1963年马来西亚契约（MA63）所享有的自主权力；当中包括教育、医药领域的自主权。 他说，砂人联党青年总团非常关注砂拉越教育事务，希望砂人民全力作为砂政府正力争砂拉越应享有的自主权，是非常重要权益事项。 程明智促教育部在现阶段，应先下放权力让砂拉越教育局，用最快的速度，以私人教育学府砂本土的关乎教育课程的毕业生，申请临教方式填补，并在日后正式培训，让临教称为正式教师，解决眼前问题。 他也促教育部也应在砂境内师范学院，以及国内政府大学，加快招收更多砂拉越籍学子就读教育专业文凭、教育学位，确保未来使用砂本土教师填补砂教师空缺。
陈超耀：民众勿轻信接种疫苗须收费谣言
砂旅游、艺术及文化部助理部长兼卑尔骚区议员拿督陈超耀律师澄清，政府提供的冠病疫苗皆为免费接种，绝无收费，奉劝民众不要上当。 他近日接获民众反映坊间盛传只要付费，就可以优先接种疫苗一事，强调疫苗是在公平公正制度下进行接种，绝对没有优先权，更无付费即可“插队”接种。 他希望民众明白，接种疫苗绝对100%免费，任何提出可以付费，优先安排接种都是诈骗。若民众有接获这些不实的谣言，请不要相信或付款。 他理解，疫情的严峻让疫苗接种计划更是刻不容缓进行，但也不愿看见有民众因过于“心急”，遭有心人诈骗，强调疫苗接种计划已经顺序渐进，叮咛民众耐心等候。 “砂拉越是目前全国疫苗接种率最高及最快的州属，我知道有些民众已经苦等许久，毕竟有者是在2月份就登记接种疫苗却仍未接获通知，但是以目前接种疫苗速度，相信很快就能轮到大家。” 陈超耀发文告提醒广大民众，说明目前美里各大疫苗接种中心的每日接种剂量已经突破1万6000剂，而且也获得各大私人医院及私人诊所医疗团队协助，所以接种疫苗轮候无需再苦等许久。 他指出，科学、工艺与革新部长凯里已经允诺，将会有更多疫苗接踵而来，以确保所有合格砂子民尽快接种疫苗。 “疫苗接种计划推行初期，我们或许面临疫苗剂量不够、接种中心及人手缺乏，但是这些问题目前都已经逐一解决，尤其从过去单日4位数的疫苗接种量，提高至目前单日1万6000剂。” 他连日来也走访美里各大疫苗接种中心，从医疗团队得知目前年满50岁合格者已经陆续接获通知，前来接种疫苗。
陈超耀遭冒充 报案要求彻查
砂拉越人民联合党中央秘书长兼卑尔骚区议员拿督陈超耀律师向警方报案，指他遭冒充手机号码和脸书照片，希望警方彻查幕后者动机。 也是砂旅游，艺术及文化部助理部长的拿督陈超耀指出，他接获友人本固鲁冯兆明通知，指有人以手机号码016-3876619，向后者发出whatsapp讯息问好，并自称是“Seb Ting”（陈超耀英文名），谎称手机遗失了，改以新号码联络。 所幸本固鲁冯兆明机警识破，但冒充者竟生气，并扬言要封锁他。 陈超耀召开新闻发布会强调，其手机没有遗失，一直使用011-xxxx6198，并无更换号码，或有其他私人号码。 “我已经报警求查，因为我的手机通讯录内有超过1万名联络者，而且对方动机不明，我必须防止诈骗或任何不好事件的发生。” 他也指出，本身与本固鲁冯兆明相识很多，平常简讯来往都有昵称，早就有了默契，所以冯兆明第一时间就察觉不对劲而质问对方。
