砂人联党青年总团长程明智促联邦财政部，将研究最新推出为人民而提供附加援助配套，除了帮助B40群体，也不应忽略M40群体的需求。 他指出，在冠病疫情肆虐下，政府也应提供给M40群体相关附加援助配套，以度过经济难关，更符合人民实际情况。 他针对掌管经济事务的首相署部长拿督斯里慕斯达法昨披露，联邦财政部正在研究推出提供附加援助配套政策一事，特吁请政府除了关注B40群体，也应关注M40群体面对的经济问题。 程明智发文告强调，联邦政府在目前积极抗疫时期，也应让银行提供要求暂缓还贷，给有此需求借贷者，就如政府去年推出了自动暂缓还贷6个月一般。 他说，如今政府推出的针对性暂缓还贷，只是让失业、收入减少的借贷者申请暂缓还贷，显然是不足够，应该扩大范围，让更多有此需求的群体受惠。
