陈超耀巡视美里人造湖公园
砂旅游、艺术、文化部助理部长兼卑尔骚区议员拿督陈超耀律师巡视美里人造湖公园修建运动跑道与改善休闲运动设施工程。 耗资40万令吉的人造湖公园扩建工程招标工作将在下个月进行，一旦完成了招标工作，这项扩建工程或将在今年12月动工。在扩建工程计划中，将会修建约670米长的行人跑道，同时也会安装照亮灯和进行园艺种植。 另外，陈超耀建议美里市政局将美里人造湖公园的儿童游乐场破损的胶垫地面全部更新。据了解，要更换人造湖公园儿童游乐场的朔胶地面费用将会增加，估计需要约6万8千令吉的费用。 考虑儿童安全方面的事宜，陈超耀也建议承包商把儿童游乐场内的洋灰椅子移走，确保孩子们游玩的地方安全，因为坚硬的椅子会对他们的安全构成威胁。 为改善现有的休闲环境及设备，美里人造湖公园在市政局及陈超耀的协助下，获得扩充及维修。目前该公园的儿童游乐场修建工程，以及人造湖行人道扩建与户外健身设施修建等多项工程已在进行中。

陈超耀了解美里肢体残疾人士协会需求
砂旅游，文化与艺术部助理部长拿督陈超耀日前带领一行人前往巡视位于卑尔骚营的美里肢体残疾人士协会（POKUFM）和实地了解情况。 陈超耀表示，他向砂拉越农业部申请安排两套水耕种给美里肢体残疾人士协会，希望他们可以善用土地，以进行水耕法种植健康蔬菜。同时还可以出售蔬菜，为会所增加收入。 陪同陈超耀一同巡视的有其机要秘书谢家洪、本固鲁冯兆明、甲必丹方凤金及美里市议员刘奕杰等人。
陈超耀：石油巨头迁至美里带旺经济
大马两大石油巨头即国油公司与蚬壳公司将在明年完成调派超过2000名管理层与职员迁往美里，相信这波职员大调动，在开辟大量新就业机会的同时，也将带旺美里经济体系尤其房地产业。 砂旅游、艺术及文化部助理部长拿督陈超耀律师披露，除了两大石油巨头企业迁往美里办公喜讯，砂石油公司（Petros）也听闻有计划在美里增派人手以扩充版图，并物色合适的办公楼安顿逾百名职员。 陈超耀从消息得知两大石油巨头公司在今年已开始陆续调派1500（蚬壳公司）及500人（国油公司）迁往美里办公，预估在明年初完成迁移事宜。 “蚬壳公司配合全球企业重组计划，将会关闭沙巴亚庇及吉隆坡的办事处，已经确认美里将是该公司上游部总部办公室，但确实的美里总部办公室地点则还未圈定。” 他披露，除了蚬壳公司大规模调动千余名旗下员工迁往美里办公，国油公司也从民都鲁分行调派超过500人迁往美里，当中绝大多数都是被喻为福利好高薪阶层的管理高层人士。 “我相信这批人员调往美里后不仅有助于带动美里周边经济发展，甚至与石油公司有业务往来的承包商都会考虑将公司转移到美里，这间接将为美里人开辟更多就业机会。” 他指出，于4月1日走马上任大马蚬壳主席兼董事经理陈文杰不仅是砂拉越与美里之光，也是首位出任该重职的美里人，让美里人与有荣焉。 亦是卑尔骚区州议员的陈超耀提及，冠病疫情重创百业，但油棕种植业却逆流而起，尤其是油棕果的收购价更在过去两年飙涨约400％，从2019年初每吨逾200令吉飙高至如今逾960令吉，直逼1000令吉大关。 “美里的经济起飞与石油及油棕业蓬勃发展密不可分，所以可以窥探明年的经济将会迎来更好的希望，我希望民众不要灰心，再艰难的近两年疫情生涯我们已经渡过了，并寄望汶莱边界尽快开放，那经济复苏已在不远处了。” 他了解，经济领域没有恢复，人民生活就无法好转，所以砂政府在落实系列惠民政策的同时，如何在疫情与经济间寻求平衡也很重要，毕竟抗疫重要，但人民温饱的课题也不能被忽略。 陈超耀说，许多毕业生感叹“毕业等同失业”，不过他相信随着3大石油巨头将美里设为主要办事处后，能带动经济发展，并滚动更多就业机会。 他表示，蚬壳公司与国油公司进驻美里将会促进本地两大转机，即就业机会转机与经济转机，这无疑让冠病疫情重创的美里经济体系看到复苏的更大希望。
程明智：砂无国籍孩童特别委员会重启
砂人联党青年总团长程明智指出，前朝希盟联邦政府所停止的砂无国籍孩童特别委员会，已获得重新操作下，起着有效率来解决砂拉越无国籍孩童申请报生纸问题。 他强调，砂人民应记忆犹新，砂无国籍孩童特别委员会曾在希盟执政联邦时期被禁止操作，当时令砂政府无法审核砂境内无国籍孩童申请报生纸。 他表示，砂政府绝对有权力参与审核砂境内无国籍人士，包括孩童，依据实际的情况及应有的条件，申请成为大马砂拉越公民事项。 他感到欣慰的是，随着前朝希盟政府因内讧垮台，砂政府重新获得砂无国籍孩童特别委员会操作。 亦是砂首长署政治秘书程明智，针对砂福利、幸福社区、妇女与儿童发展部长拿督斯里陈赛明于日前在古晋，移交砂境内8名无国籍人士公民权证件，作上述表示。 他表明，由陈赛明担任这个特别委员会的联合主席，也展现出砂拉越在力争砂自主权成果，更迈进一步。 “基于一些在特别因素下，在砂境内出世没有向当局报生，或者是在国外出生没有向当局报生砂人民子女，申请报生纸及安排学校就读，以及学校考试等事项，都必须获得砂政府参与及处理。”
砂人联党：希盟应自我反省为砂争取了什么？
“砂行动党对国会展延提呈修宪二读的决定，就认为这是辜负砂沙人民，但行动党却从来没有对本身在2019年提呈没有诚意，甚至制造另一个不利砂沙的修宪陷进内容，而向砂沙人民道歉。” 砂人联党中央宣教处发文告指出，国会只是展延修宪二读，但还是会按原定时间提呈一读，且也相信由首相依斯迈领导的现任政府，不会在修宪问题上让砂沙人民失望。 文告中指出，肩负这项修宪的砂国会议员拿督斯里旺朱乃迪已表明，这次修宪是根据1963年的建国契约为基础，以恢复砂沙和马来亚当年的建国平等合作伙伴地位，同时也明确制定所谓联邦的定义。 张健仁和巴鲁比安两人当时是希盟联邦内阁1963年大马建国契约指导委员会的砂拉越代表，但是他们两人从来没有在由前首相敦马哈迪主持的委员会里发言，更不要说为砂沙争取权益。 我们不了解，张巴两人当时为何在每次都委员会内上静若寒蝉，是畏惧马哈迪还是根本没有想要为砂争取权益的决心。 更甚，在无法通过不利砂权益的修宪内容后，砂希盟还恶意指责砂盟，希盟试图将本身的错误，把砂盟推向不仁不义。 希盟执政期间，不承认砂政府的石油产品销售税，甚至还默许国油通过司法程序阻止砂政府履行砂宪法所赋予的权利。 张健仁和巴鲁比安，为何不站在砂立场，向联邦内阁施压，阻止国油采取司法行动？ 所幸希盟倒台，前首相丹斯里慕尤丁承认砂石油权利，并支付石油产品销售税，而这项税收到总数超过60亿，远远超过希盟执政时期给砂的拨款。 砂希盟在职责砂盟辜负砂人之前，应该自我反省，本身在执政时到底为砂争取了什么？迄今，砂仍然没有对希盟取消砂超过1300万的利民发展计划向砂道歉。 Attachments area
罗克强：希盟一心夺权导致甲政府倒台
砂人联党中央助理宣教秘书罗克强促请砂希盟须向砂人特别是18岁青年说明，为何希盟执意要在马六甲推动选举，以致该州18岁青年无法履行投票。 罗克强说，砂行动党只会在砂拉越喊喊嚷嚷，呼吁砂政府不要在今年举行选举，但是他们却没有谴责马六甲4名议员变节而酿成该州选举。 “砂拉越与马六甲选举，情况截然不同，砂议会的任期已在今年6月届满，只是碍于冠病疫情，促使国家元首延长原有的紧急状况至明年2月，在紧急状况没获得解除前，砂不可举行选举。当然，国家元首未必需要等到明年2月才解除紧急状况，可按照疫情情况，及时做出适当调整，以便还政于民。” 然而，他说马六甲的选举完全是可以避免的，该州的议会任期是到2023才届满，政局可说相当稳定，但希盟一心一意要夺权，制造4名议员出走变节的政局危机，最终以致国盟政府失去多数议员支持而倒台，希盟对马六甲政府倒台欣喜若狂，并以英雄式欢迎4位变节议员。 对此，他质问为何砂希盟没有谴责马六甲希盟刻意在疫情期间制造夺权选举，而不让该州18岁选民成为首投族？反而一直不满砂要在今年举行选举的揣测。 砂盟已经表态多次，没有忽视18岁选民的重要性和他们的政治成熟智慧，目前砂何时选举，已经不是砂首长阿邦佐说了算，而是取决国家元首何时解除砂紧急状况。 砂希盟，特别是行动党天生就是有两种思维的双面人，对事情永远持有两个标准，议员离开希盟是背叛，加入希盟是英雄；马六甲可在今年选举，而砂拉越就不能。
