Batu Kitang assemblyman Dato Ir Lo Khere Chiang has rejected Stampin MP Chong Chieng Jen’s defence of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration, arguing that its explanation for reviewing development projects does not withstand scrutiny. 陈超耀拨款提升美里武让学院校园设施
砂拉越旅游部副部长拿督陈超耀持续通过乡区转型计划(RTP)拨款提升美里武让学院校园设施,分别拨款30万令吉兴建一座多用途礼堂,以及10万令吉改善男生宿舍设施,总拨款达40万令吉。 陈超耀今早联同美里武让学院校长阿芬迪、美里公共工程局官员及承包商代表前往该校巡视两项工程进展,并听取工程汇报。 他表示,目前两项提升工程进展顺利,其中耗资30万令吉兴建的多用途礼堂工程已完成逾40%;耗资10万令吉的男生宿舍设施提升工程,包括全面更换宿舍窗户,目前已完成约80%,整体宿舍安全及住宿环境将进一步改善。 他说,两项工程于今年3月31日动工,工程期为6个月,预计于9月29日竣工。不过,根据美里公共工程局的工程进度汇报,若一切顺利,多用途礼堂工程有望提前于8月底完工。 陈超耀指出,多用途礼堂建成后,将作为学校举办学生集会、讲座、体育活动及各类大型活动的重要场地,同时也可供家教协会、校友会及社区团体举办活动,为学校发展提供更完善的设施。 “礼堂不仅方便学生进行各项课外活动,也将成为学校联系家长、校友及社区的重要平台,对学校长远发展具有积极意义。” 他说,礼堂的建成也将为学校未来进一步推动校园发展及礼堂扩建计划奠定基础,持续优化校园空间与整体环境。 此外,他表示,男生宿舍获得10万令吉拨款进行设施改善,包括全面更换现有窗户,以提升宿舍安全及居住环境。 他说,随着宿舍部分设施逐渐老旧,校方早前向他反映改善需求,因此通过乡区转型计划拨款协助提升宿舍设施,让寄宿学生拥有更安全、舒适的住宿环境。 “宿舍不仅是学生休息的地方,也是他们学习与成长的重要空间,因此提供良好的住宿环境十分重要。” 陈超耀表示,两项工程完成后,将进一步提升学校整体校园环境及教学设施,为师生打造更舒适、便利及安全的教学与学习空间,让学生能够安心求学。 另一方面,美里武让学院校长阿芬迪表示,该校目前约有600名男女寄宿生,其中男寄宿生占多数。
陈超耀:每年拨款提升选区学校设施
砂拉越旅游部副部长拿督陈超耀表示,他每年都会将乡区转型计划(RTP)总拨款的30%至40%,用于提升选区内中小学基础设施,以改善学校学习环境,为学生打造更优质的教育条件。 他说,其选区每年获得500万令吉乡区转型计划拨款,其中约170万至200万令吉优先用于学校硬体设施建设,因为学生是国家未来的人才,也是社会发展的重要资产,因此有必要提供更完善的学习环境。 “学校是我们重点关注的对象之一,因此我与服务团队决定,每年拨出更大比例的乡区转型计划拨款,协助学校改善基础设施。” 陈超耀指出,在教育局、学校董事部、校长、家教协会及教师团队等各方密切配合下,各项校园提升工程得以顺利落实,共同为学生创造更好的学习环境。 他说,虽然选区内学校数量众多,但令人欣慰的是,各单位都秉持合作精神,共同推动学校发展,让更多学生受惠。 陈超耀今日上午巡视美里武让学院两项提升工程时表示,该校至今累计获得他通过乡区转型计划争取的75万5000令吉拨款,用于提升校园设施。 他说,有关拨款包括2021年拨款25万5000令吉铺设地砖、2023年拨款10万令吉提升女生宿舍设施、2024年拨款30万令吉兴建多用途礼堂,以及2025年拨款10万令吉改善男生宿舍设施。 他表示,未来若学校仍有迫切的发展需求,他将继续积极协助争取拨款,逐步完善校园基础建设,为师生提供更舒适、安全及完善的教学与学习环境。

砂拉越旅游部副部长拿督陈超耀通过2025年及2026年乡区转型计划(RTP),共拨款23万令吉提升马宝园住宅区排水系统,以改善当地排水情况,减轻积水问题,造福当地居民。 陈超耀今早前往马宝园巡视两项排水提升工程时表示,两项工程进展顺利。其中,2026年乡区转型计划拨款8万令吉进行的排水沟提升工程,全长84公尺,于今年5月23日动工,预计7月22日竣工,目前已接近完工。 他说,另一项则是通过2025年乡区转型计划拨款15万令吉进行的排水系统提升工程,全长153公尺,同样于今年5月23日动工,工程期为3个月,预计今年8月22日完工。 他说,根据美里市政局工程师汇报,这项全长153公尺的排水沟工程目前已完成逾80%,整体进度令人满意,并有望比原定期限提前竣工。 陈超耀感谢承包商积极施工,并赞扬作为执行单位的美里市政局密切监督工程进度,确保工程顺利推进,并按时甚至提前完成。 他表示,住宅区排水系统提升工程完成后,将有效改善当地排水情况,提升居民生活环境的安全与舒适,并进一步解决当地长期面对的排水问题。 他说,由于马宝园住宅区部分排水沟渠年久失修,不仅影响居民日常生活,也对环境卫生及安全造成影响,因此协助争取乡区转型计划拨款展开提升工程,以完善社区排水设施。

石角区议员拿督阿玛沈桂贤持续在选区推动能增强身心发展的休闲与体育设施,确保民众有适合的运动场所。 除了早前宣布落实的10个住宅区公园,现在也基于坐落在兵营路普通行动组(PGA)人口众多,因此该处将会增设一个新的休闲公园。 目前巴达旺市议会正积极处理相关文件和程序,预料将在近期进行公开招标。 石角选区人口越来越多,房屋发展也日益增加,在这种趋势下,民众需要更多休闲与运动设施,方便民众日常进行运动,达到身心健康目的。 沈桂贤发现到,石角河滨公园落实后,深受当地居民欢迎,也让他看到社区公园对民众的重要性与需求。 他说,虽然河滨公园有供不同年龄民众进行的各种运动设施,但却不方便居住离河滨公园比较远的住宅区民众前往。 “因此在规划石角区未来发展时,我们决定在多个住宅区推动社区公园建设,让居民在住家附近也能拥有运动及休闲空间。届时,民众将不再只有河滨公园一个公共公园选择。” 目前石角选区内最大型的体育综合中心是洪清河体育中心,它除了供民众主办庆典和聚会,也备有篮球和匹克球场,宽大的场所更方便民众进行集体活动,如健身操。 已经获得批准的10个住宅区公园总耗资382万1229令吉,属于选区内人民发展计划(RTP)项目,工程已于今年4月展开,预计于明年2月完成,并由巴达旺市议会负责执行。 10个公园中,除了一些属于兴建,有些是进行提升和维修工程,工程已陆续进行。 此次涉及提升、维修及兴建工程的10个住宅区分别为:原创花园(Taman Genesis)、味源花园(TamanMoyan)、高原花园(Taman Highfield)、德莎威拉花园(Taman Desa Wira)、Jalan CarinaEstate、石角路第三巷(Jalan Batu Kawa Lorong 3)、石角凤凰花园(Taman Phoenix BatuKawa)、石角RPR(Jalan RPR Batu Kawa)、三晋园(Taman San Chin)、温馨园(Taman VisionLand)。 与此同时,石角洪清河矿场周边地区的发展项目已准备就绪,砂政府拨款800万,来推行该计划,整个发展计划占地70英亩,其中包括蓝色公园。 蓝色公园占地超过20英亩,届时备有各种水上运动,同时该地区也将打造绿色公园,在这个占地超过40英亩的区域,将建设城市景观森林机配套设施。 沈桂贤重申,砂拉越政府将继续斥资推行社区基础设施建设,以提升居民生活质量,倡导健康生活方式,并支持石角的可持续发展,使其成为一个充满活力、宜居的选区。
