Pilot project to jab more people in a short time
Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC)with the Ministry of Health has started a new approach to vaccinate those from quarantine.
Local government and Housing Minister, Dato Sri Dr. Sim Kui Hian said this will help to reduce the recurrent of cases in the same community.
He said vaccination was done to those eligible with MySejahtera on Wednesday night at the PKPD/EMCO Kpg Sinar Budi Baru, after those who were tested negative at the second swab test.
Dr. Sim said this is a first pilot trial and 358 persons were jab in less than four hours time.
He said it was a new way in which the which the vaccinator moved around instead of people and the result has tremendous achievement due to the team work of doctors, nurses and volunteers.
