Wilfred Yap Inspects Completion of RTP Drainage Upgrade in Kota Sentosa
Kota Sentosa assemblyman Wilfred Yap has carried out the final inspection of the RTP 2023 drainage upgrading project at Jalan Kuching Ranger Depo, Batu Tujuh, together with officers from the Sarawak Public Works Department. 砂拉越政府通过砂拉越总理署其他宗教事务单位(UNIFOR)呼吁全砂受惠的非伊斯兰宗教场所负责人主动提呈项目进度报告,以确保所拨款项落实到位、工程顺利推进并达致预期目标。 砂副总理拿督阿玛道格拉斯指出,目前共有154项相关工程尚未提呈任何进度报告。 他在本周四出席UNIFOR 2025年第三阶段移交支票仪式后受访时表示:“我们要求受惠单位尽快呈交报告,因为我们已有既定政策。第一,若当年的拨款未用完,来年将不会再考虑给拨款;第二,若项目没有呈交报告,也会影响拨款考量,因为这涉及问责与治理要求。” 他较早前致词时强调,提呈报告是确保所有获资助项目能受到有效监督,并遵循政府审计程序的重要措施。 “审计部门需要了解项目进度、发生了什么,以及受惠对象是谁。因此,如果各位代议士能够协助督促受惠单位尽早提呈报告,将对我们大有帮助。” 他也透露,UNIFOR将继续与公共工程局(JKR)合作,由工料测量师参与评估每一项宗教场所工程的成本,以确保工程以更专业、规范方式推行。 此外,他提醒UNIFOR注意过去发生支票因未及时移交而逾期的问题,强调必须尽早将拨款支票交到受惠单位手中,以加快地面施工进度。 此次仪式共移交4,050万令吉拨款予51名代表,用于在砂拉越各地落实138项宗教场所的新建及维修工程。 出席仪式者包括砂副总理兼地方政府与卫生部长拿督斯里沈桂贤、砂交通部长拿督斯里李景胜、砂总理署部长拿督斯里约翰西基、副卫生部长拿督卢卡尼斯曼、砂交通部副部长拿督哲历苏西尔,以及UNIFOR总监拿督乔治娜。
