服务团队向民众提供协助
砂旅游部副部长、卑尔骚区议员拿督陈超耀出席砂人联党卑尔骚支部服务团队，在美里老人街举办的流动服务活动，与团队一同为前来咨询福利事务的民众提供协助。 他表示，该项流动服务旨在走入社区、贴近民意，协助民众办理各类福利援助申请事务，确保政府各项惠民政策能够惠及更多符合资格的群体。 他指出，砂拉越政府近年来持续推动多项惠民政策，包括肯雅兰金卡、砂乐龄人士健康福利计划以及免费教育政策等，以减轻人民生活负担。 “我们的流动服务团队持续深入社区，主要协助民众办理肯雅兰金卡、乐龄健康福利计划申请、砂拉越数字个人身份注册以及SPay砂支付平台等相关事务。” 他强调，这类流动服务能有效将政府服务带入社区，特别方便长者及不熟悉线上操作的群体，让他们能够就近获得协助与咨询。 “我们希望通过流动服务，让服务团队更贴近社区，让有需要的民众更方便接触团队，及时反映问题并获得协助。”
