叶耀星：砂人民不要被希盟误导
砂拉越人民联合党圣淘沙支部主席叶耀星质疑俞利文批评拿督沈桂贤在维护砂拉越自主权的言论的用意，是否是为掩饰砂拉越权益在马哈迪任相22年期间被剥夺的事实。 他说，俞利文医生的批评说明了砂拉越行动党成员只不过是西马“大哥”的发话筒并且被敦马哈迪所控制。在他们先前所发表的文告也不难发现他们避谈为砂拉越在1963年马来西亚协议（MA63）下争取权益。 砂行动党倒不如针对多项人民关注的问题去质问他们马来亚半岛中央领袖，包括行动党为何与备受争议的敦马哈迪合作，毕竟敦马在任职期间面对各种丑闻缠身，包括90年代国际银行外汇亏损事件，土著金融丑闻，柏华惹钢铁公司及滥用国油资金。 “身为砂拉越的子民，我们务必延续阿德南的遗志继续争取砂拉越应有的权益。” 他诚挚希望砂拉越行动党能搞清楚联邦宪法2（b）条款才作出定论。叶耀星重申，联邦宪法2条款阐明，就算国会可通过法律修改任何州属的领土界限，但在未获得砂州立法议会的同意下，有关法律无法在砂州生效。 因此任何国会所通过，涉及修改砂州领土界限的法律均属违宪及无效的，包括2012年领海法令及1974年石油发展法令，因为这两个法令均没有获得砂州立法议会的同意及通过。 西马半岛与砂州之间显著的发展鸿沟，说明砂州亟需全权重掌属于砂州的石油资源，并善用发展石油所产生的经济资源，为下一代创造更美好的未来。 因此，他促请砂拉越人不要被希望联盟的空泛诺言误导，并在第十四届国选中团结一致，为下一代投出一个光明的未来。

Barisan Nasional (BN) will not practise using direct candidates to contest in the 14th General Election (GE14), said Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg. 公共投诉局处理小孩领养问题
日前一位来自7哩的夫妇向砂拉越人民联合党公共投诉局主任叶耀星要求协助有关小孩的问题。因为他们的名字并无登记在小孩的出生纸上。这名小孩现已8岁且从小都是由该对夫妇照顾。 该夫妇的问题在于不了解办理领养及申请公民权的程序。 在聆听这名父亲的问题与困境后，叶耀星答已成功向高等法院申请取得法以令让这名父亲成为孩子的法定监护人。经高等法院委任为法定监护人后，叶耀星协助该名父亲向县公署(District Office)申请领养孩子的合法程序。县公署现已批准其领养申请，投诉局也协助他们向国民登记局注册其领养证书。随后，他们就可向国民登记局申请公民权。 砂拉越人民联合党公共投诉局主任叶耀星希望朝野国会议员可以抛开政治立场通过修筑立法来解决无国籍小孩的问题，包挂是否可以考虑给那些与外国籍女子结婚，但未能在法定时间内注册的大马籍男子他们所生下的孩子公民权。 人联公共投诉局已做好准备并尝试通过相关部门解决影响社区的公共议题。人联党公共投诉局已准备好为面对相关问题却不懂得如何处理的民众伸出援手。任何相关事宜可联系人联党公共投诉（016-7797688或082246999）或亲临人联党总部。
Helping out stateless children
SUPP Public Complaints Bureau Chief, Wilfred Yap was recently approached for advice and assistance as both him and his wife’s name was not registered as the father and mother of the child in the child’s birth certificate. The child is already eight (8) years old and had been taken care by both the individual and his wife since birth. 罗克强：张健仁呈动议损人不利己
巴都吉当区州立法议员罗克强斥责民主行动党古晋市区国会议员张健仁，意图在国会提呈修改1974年石油发展法令，是项意图博取宣传而损人不利己的自私行为。其动议只会在国会中昙花一现就被驳回了。 他形容张健仁此举只是施口惠而实不至。反观首席部长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里才是真正的实践者。首长已成立了国油以外的独立公司，就是砂拉越石油公司，证明国油不再有石油发展法令下赋予全权控制砂拉越石油领域的权力了。 “我们必须团结一致，全力作为首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里的后盾，认同1974年石油法令和2012年领海法令是违宪的。” 也是巴达旺市议会主席的罗克强今天在一篇文告中强调，首相拿督斯里纳吉已清楚的表明，是属于砂拉越的将会归还给砂拉越。首相也承诺让砂拉越更强大，这是为了建立更美好的马来西亚。如果将1963年大马协议下的权力归还给砂拉越能使到砂拉越更强调，他将全面落实。 首相也承诺，不管过去联邦是故意或不经意下侵蚀砂州权益，联邦政府将把权益归还给砂拉越。首相在去年12月23日的砂拉越人民联合党代表大会闭幕礼上重申，欲建立一个强大的马来西亚，就必须承认砂拉越人民的权益。 罗克强提醒张健仁，如果他是真心诚意要协助砂拉越，他首先必须确保能拉拢到全体希望联盟国会议员力挺他在大马协议基础上索回主权的行动，他也必须证明希望联盟是支持我们的索权行动。 在这方面，砂拉越与沙巴的国会议员的立场是毋庸质疑的。但如果张健仁无法得到其阵营的所有希盟国会议员的支持，他就不应该破坏首长阿邦佐在恢复砂拉越权力的努力。 “现在是希望联邦展现他们也支持砂拉越索回大马协议下权益的时候了。张健仁必须先获取其希盟国会议员的支持，而不是在演独角戏。” 罗克强也重申，首长已清楚的表明，任何超越联邦宪法的法令都是无效的。因此上述两项法令(1974年石油发展法令和2012年领海法令)是与砂拉越无关的，他交由布城去废除有关法令。 他奉劝张健仁不要呈英雄，扰乱了首席部长和砂拉越索回权力的努力。
