古晋烂尾住宅工程终于竣工

峇都吉当议员拿督罗克强表示，前经济部长拿督斯里拉菲兹终于承认“砂拉越值得拥有更多”。但与此同时，他却警告我们不要“加重投资者负担”、“威胁国家石油公司（Petronas）”，或“危及经济稳定”。 他强调，砂拉越并非在乞求施舍，我们是在依法索求本应属于我们的权益，依据联邦宪法、《1963年马来西亚协定》（MA63），以及自然正义。 几十年来，是国家石油公司从砂拉越的土地中榨取了数十亿令吉的资源，而我们的乡区道路依然泥泞难行，孩子们在破旧学校中求学，我们的人民则被告知“耐心等待”发展。如果恢复砂拉越应得份额竟被视为对投资者或国家石油公司的“负担”，那这个体系不仅是崩坏的，更是道德破产的。 这位前经济部长的警告正是布城双重标准的典范： 当半岛的大型项目耗资数百亿时，没有人提“经济稳定”； 当国家石油公司为吉隆坡兴建高楼大道时，没有人警告会“加重公司负担”； 但当砂拉越要求获得自己创造的财富应得的公平份额时，却突然成了“威胁”？ 我们必须停止这种虚伪。 这并不是在破坏经济稳定，而是在纠正长期的不公。 我们也要提醒前经济部长：砂拉越的权益不仅仅是道义上的，更是法律上的。 早在1954年，即马来西亚尚未成立前，《砂拉越（边界修改）枢密令》已将砂拉越的领土扩展至大陆架，即从海岸线向外延伸200海里的海底与土壤。这项边界从未被废除，根据联邦宪法第1(3)条款，未经砂拉越州立法议会同意，砂拉越的边界不得更改，而这种同意从未被授予。 因此，2012年《领海法案》试图将州控制权限制在3海里以内的做法，对砂拉越来说并不适用。 我们的总理阿邦佐哈里已明确指出，我们的边界不容谈判。副部长拿督莎丽法哈丝达也重申1954年枢密令仍具法律效力，2012年《领海法案》无法凌驾于砂拉越对大陆架的主权之上。 更重要的是，2022年2月，联邦宪法通过修宪以恢复砂拉越应有地位，并将MA63纳入宪法。包括第1(2)条、第160(2)条、第161A(6)条及第161A(7)条的修正案，均由当时任首相署部长（法律及国会事务）的本州元首敦佩兴斯里旺朱乃迪主持推动。正因他的领导，如今MA63不再只是历史文献，而是宪法条文。 我们想再次提醒前经济部长：砂拉越并非是为了当“二等州属”才加入马来西亚的。我们是在《1963年马来西亚协定》下，平等组建这个国家。 所以，请不要带着敷衍的态度承认“砂拉越值得更多”；不要在国家石油公司长期依赖我们的资源之际，却反过来指责我们会“加重其负担”；也不要在持续掠夺与轻视的现实下，还反警告我们会造成“经济风险”。 如果马来西亚联邦真的想要实现稳定、团结和受人尊敬，就必须从尊重砂拉越开始。现在是马来亚履行《1963年马来西亚协定》（MA63）所有条款、尊重1954年枢密令、以及遵守联邦宪法第1(3)条款的时候了。

陈超耀呼吁各界踊跃捐助女童包依玟
年仅1岁10个月的女童包依玟因先天双侧耳蜗缺失，导致完全失聪，必须接受高难度的听觉脑干植入手术才能重拾听觉。然而，高昂的医疗费用让其家庭陷入困境。 砂旅游部副部长兼美里人工耳蜗协会主席拿督陈超耀呼吁社会各界踊跃捐助，协助填补仍短缺的9万5000令吉手术与植入装置的费用。 陈超耀在砂人联党卑尔骚支部召开新闻发布会。他说，包依玟来自砂拉越尼亚石山，今年7月在美里医院接受检查时发现无法发声，进一步确诊为先天性耳蜗结构缺陷，导致完全失聪。 他说，这名女童连自己的哭声和笑声都听不见，唯有尽早接受听觉脑干植入手术，才有机会听见声音，迈向正常学习与语言发展的可能。 这项手术预计于8月16日在古晋婆罗洲医药中心进行，由耳鼻喉科与神经外科专家联合主刀。整项手术及植入装置费用总计14万5000令吉，其中植入装置需9万5000令吉，手术费介于3万5000至5万令吉之间。家属目前仅能自筹1万2000令吉，并获得人力资源单位资助5万令吉，尚有9万5000令吉缺口亟待社会协助填补。 陈超耀说，尽管这类手术在马来西亚属罕见，但国际医疗数据显示，成功个案中有高达79%至93.3%的患者能辨识环境声音与语音感知能力，部分甚至能发展出基本语言能力。 他表示，患童父母包克全与黄秀晶皆为教师，家庭收入有限，加上需照顾另一个年幼孩子，面对高昂医疗费压力沉重。美里人工耳蜗协会决定协助推动筹款工作，并承诺所有善款将透明管理，详细记录和公开用途，确保善款真正用于患者。 “这不仅是一笔医疗费，更是一份改变命运的希望。我们恳请各界善心人士在这倒数的18天内伸出援手，助她重返声音的世界。” 此外，曾于去年杪在该会协助下完成人工耳蜗植入手术的1岁7个月女童毛柠萱，也在父母陪同下出席新闻发布会。她术后恢复情况良好，为同样面对听力障碍的家庭带来鼓舞与信心。 公众若有意捐助或了解详情，可联络美里人工耳蜗协会或相关协调单位。
陈开：10哩持续经历商业扩张
