古晋烂尾住宅工程终于竣工
古晋三项被列为“烂尾”的住宅发展计划——千禧花园（Taman Millennium）、绿林花园（Taman Greenwoods）及富裕花园（Fu Yu Garden），在经历多年延误后终于竣工。 砂拉越公共卫生、房屋及地方政府部今日发文告指出，相关单位今日联合巡视上述住宅计划现场，并正式移交入伙准证（Occupation Permits，简称OP）予各自的发展商。 其中，位于马当的千禧花园计划原定于2020年交屋，但延宕长达5年，直至今年7月25日才由巴达旺市议会（MPP）发出入伙准证。 同样位于该地区的绿林花园计划中，31间单位（包括单层排屋与单层半独立式住宅）已于7月21日分阶段获批入伙准证。 文告补充，有部分屋主已顺利获得交屋，结束长达8年的等待，其余单位仍在进行修复工作，预料将很快完成。 至于位于石角路（Jalan Batu Kawah）的富裕花园计划，原定于2022年交屋，最终在今年8月1日成功取得入伙准证。 文告指出：“本部致力于协助涉及问题住宅计划的各相关单位，确保屋子能够顺利竣工，让购屋者早日拥有一个安全、舒适的安身之所。”
