德莎威拉滞洪池竣工
位于德莎威拉第7巷（Lorong Desa Wira7）的德莎威拉滞洪池已正式竣工，标志着砂拉越政府推动峇都哥打第一期防洪计划取得另一项重要里程碑，也进一步落实长期解决德莎威拉及周边地区水患问题的目标。 砂拉越副总理兼N14石角区议员拿督阿玛沈桂贤医生表示，这项耗资1450万令吉的工程位于德莎威拉第7巷，主要作用是在豪雨期间，当现有排水系统无法及时排放大量雨水时，暂时蓄存暴雨径流，以减轻水患压力。 该蓄水区占地约1.4公顷，相等于约40个独立式住宅地段的面积，可储存约4万立方米雨水，容量约等于1万2000辆水槽车。 沈桂贤感谢砂拉越总理拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿邦佐哈里拨款1450万令吉落实这项工程，为改善当地防洪工作提供坚实支持。 他也感谢砂拉越水利灌溉局（DID Sarawak）全程密切监督工程进展、承包商尽责完成建设工作，以及附近居民在施工期间给予理解与配合。 这项工程包括兴建2.5公里钢筋混凝土排水沟、行人步道、安全护栏、滞洪池提升工程，以及改善现有内部排水系统。 沈桂贤指出，在豪雨期间，蓄水区将暂时蓄存多余雨水，随后通过目前正在施工、由砂拉越政府耗资3660万令吉推行的德莎威拉第二期防洪工程，待水位下降后，再将积水抽排至砂拉越河支流盐柴港（SungaiMaong）。 他说：当蓄水区没有蓄水时，这里将是一片平坦的开放空间，可供社区进行足球等休闲及户外活动。 他补充，当局也正积极研究如何进一步提升该场地在旱季期间的休闲与社区使用价值。 此外，砂拉越政府也拨款6388万令吉，在石角新市镇前方空地及PineSquare商业中心附近兴建两座总面积约7英亩的蓄水区及排水提升工程，目前均在施工中。所有相关工程完成后，将进一步提升当地整体排水能力，加强石角地区的防洪成效。 沈桂贤强调，解决长期困扰当地居民的水患问题，并非只是提升一两条排水沟即可，而是必须采取全面性的方案，包括改善内部及外围排水系统，并建设滞洪池，才能形成有效且可持续的防洪体系。 除了上述排水改善工程外，沈桂贤也感谢副首相兼能源及水务转型部长拿督斯里法迪拉尤索夫成功争取24亿令吉拨款，以兴建全长8公里的大型分洪运河，在涨潮及豪雨期间，把砂拉越河（SungaiSarawak）的过量河水引流至双溪沙叻（Sungai Salak），从而降低古晋及周边地区的水灾风险。 这项工程预计将从石角开始，并分阶段实施，同时将在河口兴建潮汐闸门（Tidal Gate），防止海水在涨潮期间倒灌，整个工程预计将于明年正式展开。 沈桂贤重申，砂拉越政府将继续与砂拉越水利灌溉局及相关单位紧密合作，持续落实各项长期防洪措施，致力打造一个更安全、更具韧性及更宜居的石角，让现今及未来世代都能受惠。

Adam Yii allocates funds to upgrade facilities at Chung Hua Juba Primary School
Upgrading works at Chung Hua Juba Primary School, funded through the Pujut constituency’s Rural Transformation Programme (RTP) allocation by Pujut assemblyman and Miri Mayor Adam Yii, have been completed ahead of schedule and officially handed over. The upgrading project commenced on Dec 22, 2025, and was originally scheduled for completion on Aug 21, 2026. However, the works were finished earlier than planned. 俞小珊拨款提升珠巴中华公学设施
埔奕区议员兼美里市长俞小珊通过埔奕选区乡区转型计划（RTP）拨款，提升珠巴中华公学设施的工程，已提前竣工并完成移交。 有关提升工程于2025年12月22日展开，原定于2026年8月21日完工，如今已提早完成。也是该校董事部秘书的俞小珊，今日亲自前往巡视并见证工程移交。 据悉，埔奕选区多年来持续通过RTP拨款支持该校发展。2022年至2026年期间，共拨款65万令吉用于多项建设，包括10万令吉用于铺路、10万令吉用于排水系统和铺路、10万令吉用于图书馆地板提升及本次移交工程的整栋教室窗框更换、25万令吉用于教师办公室建设，以及10万令吉用于精明课室与铺路工程。 此外，2027年也已安排10万令吉拨款，使整体拨款总额达到75万令吉，持续改善学校基础设施，提升教学与学习环境。 俞小珊在巡视时表示，相关拨款旨在为师生提供更完善与安全的学习环境，未来也将继续争取资源，推动校园设施不断优化。
许徳婉呼吁联邦政府优化柴油针对性补贴机制
砂拉越人民联合党中央妇女组主席兼砂总理政治秘书许德婉呼吁联邦政府优化BUDIMADANI柴油针对性补贴机制，并根据砂拉越及沙巴实际交通、物流和经济环境作出调整，避免企业及人民承担不必要负担。 她今日发文告指出，联邦政府已于7月1日起在全国落实BUDIMADANI柴油针对性补贴计划，并统一全国包括西马、砂拉越、沙巴及纳闽的柴油补贴价格为每公升2令吉10仙。 她表示，新机制以大马卡身份验证取代过去一刀切柴油补贴制度，目标是确保补贴发放给真正符合资格的国民。 许德婉说，她支持联邦政府打击柴油走私及杜绝补贴滥用的目标，但计划实施首日后，联邦政府必须密切关注砂拉越及沙巴执行情况，并按东马实际环境作出适当调整。 她透露，已接获不少柴油车辆车主反映，在申请BUDI柴油补贴时面对程序繁杂、系统不稳定、申请中断，甚至无法完成申请的问题。 她指出，也有一些早前已通过柴油补贴管制系统（SKDS 2.0）为柴油车辆注册的企业，至今仍未收到柴油补贴卡，但新政策已正式生效。 她说，这些执行层面的不足应尽快解决，以免影响企业日常运作及人民生活。 许德婉表示，除了申请程序缓慢，也有不少企业发现本身不符合SKDS 2.0申请资格。 她说，若现有机制维持不变，东马运输及物流成本势必进一步上升，而增加的成本最终将转嫁给消费者，导致物价上涨，受影响最大的仍是普通人民。 她指出，许多中小企业、承包商、农业运输业者及乡区服务业者，都高度依赖柴油维持日常营运。 她表示，若申请资格过于严格，许多真正需要柴油补贴的企业将被排除在外，这对砂拉越并不公平，也无法反映本地实际情况。 许德婉说，砂拉越幅员辽阔，长途交通是人民生活一部分，许多人必须长距离往返工作、求学、就医及经商。 她认为，全国统一每月200公升补贴配额，未必足以满足许多砂拉越柴油车辆使用者的实际需求。 她也指出，东马与西马使用的柴油标准并不相同，砂拉越及沙巴采用B20生物柴油，而西马主要使用B12生物柴油。 她说，东马原本就因地理环境承担更高物流、运输及营运成本，因此柴油补贴政策不应简单套用西马模式。 许德婉表示，东马应拥有更符合本身实际情况的补贴机制，甚至应考虑更具竞争力的柴油价格或支援方案，而不是进一步增加企业及人民负担。 她呼吁联邦政府尽快检讨并改善有关政策，包括简化及加快BUDI柴油补贴申请及审批流程、检讨柴油补贴配额，并为砂拉越制定更符合实际需求的使用上限。 她也促请联邦政府放宽SKDS 2.0申请资格，让运输、农业、建筑、零售配送及乡区服务等真正需要柴油的中小企业受惠。 她强调，联邦政府也应为东马制定与西马不同的柴油补贴机制，而不是继续采用全国统一的一刀切政策。 许德婉说，砂拉越及沙巴数十年来为我国石油与天然气产业作出巨大贡献，因此国家燃油补贴政策理应充分考虑两地特殊情况，确保补贴分配更加公平合理。 她指出，砂拉越和沙巴不应被视为特殊例外，而应按照两地实际情况制定政策；考虑地理环境差异并不是给予特权，而是真正落实公平。 她强调，各方并不反对改革，也支持政府严厉打击柴油走私及补贴滥用，但改革必须兼顾公平与实际执行。 她说，真正创造就业、服务乡区及支撑地方经济的企业，不应反而成为政策落实过程中最大的受害者。 许德婉表示，相信联邦政府愿意聆听建设性意见，并希望BUDI柴油补贴计划能够持续优化，使整个补贴制度更加务实、高效，并真正惠及全国人民。
