沈桂贤：砂计划在第13大马计划下兴建2万单位可负担房屋
砂副总理兼公共卫生、房屋及地方政府部长拿督阿玛沈桂贤表示，砂拉越计划在明年启动的《第13大马计划》（RMK-13）下兴建多达2万单位可负担房屋，以加快提升人民居住水平并推动社会经济发展。 他指出，自2021年至今年为止，《第12大马计划》（RMK-12）下仅规划3,500单位可负担房屋，因此在新阶段计划中，砂拉越政府将显著扩大建设规模，确保更多中低收入家庭受惠。 “在第13大马计划中，我们已计划兴建约2万单位可负担房屋。” 他昨日在砂拉越房屋发展机构（HDC）2025年至2027年度董事委任与表扬信颁发仪式上致词时，这么表示。 沈桂贤说，这项计划不仅是推动砂拉越发展与提升人民福祉的重要举措，也有助于实现《2030年砂后冠病发展策略》（PCDS 2030）的目标，为更多砂拉越人民提供稳定与可负担的居所。 在仪式上，万年烟区议员阿都雅谷阿比受委为砂拉越房屋发展机构主席；公共卫生、房屋及地方政府部常务秘书拿督罗伊丽莎白受委为副主席。 HDC董事会成员包括美拉央区议员拿督罗兰杜亚朱宾、武吉比哥南区议员拿督蒙达冈、马拉端区议员拿督陈冠勋及灵宜区议员拿督诺拉莎阿旺索合。 其他成员还包括砂财政司拿督斯里旺里佐兹曼、天然资源及城市发展部常务秘书拿督阿都拉朱莱希，以及砂土地与测量局局长拿督阿旺占哈里阿旺马末。
叶耀星否认砂政府未尽力强化医疗体系
哥打圣淘沙区议员叶耀星严正否认砂行动党主席张健仁指控砂拉越政府未尽力强化医疗体系的说法，批评有关言论“不负责任且具误导性”。 叶耀星表示，砂政党联盟政府在砂拉越总理拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里的领导下，已采取严肃且具前瞻性的措施，于今年4月9日正式推行《砂拉越公共卫生总蓝图2050》。 他说，阿邦佐哈里已明确指出，这份总蓝图体现砂拉越致力建立自主与强韧的医疗体系，减少对联邦机制的依赖，并确保在2050年前让所有砂拉越人民都能公平获得优质的医疗服务。 他补充，这项蓝图由砂拉越政府全额资助，涵盖多个层面的规划，包括确定需兴建新医院与诊所的地区、提升现有医疗设施、强化农村医疗服务、人力资源发展及远程医疗覆盖。 “这是一项全面性的路线图，旨在缩小各地区医疗服务差距，确保全砂各省与县区都能享有公平的医疗资源。” 叶耀星指出，《2050公共卫生总蓝图》的落实，充分证明砂拉越正在自主规划并掌握自身医疗发展的方向。 他也提醒，虽然医疗事务属联邦政府管辖，但包括老越医院及柏特拉再也医院在内的多项主要医院计划，皆是在砂拉越政府持续施压与积极跟进下，才得以加快建设进度。 他强调，砂行动党的指责毫无根据，反映出他们身居联邦职位却只会在旁批评的虚伪态度。
