Wilfred Yap Questions Legitimacy of Petroleum Development Act in Sarawak

Kota Sentosa State assemblyman, Wilfred Yap rejected claims by former Treasury official Nik Ahmad Azmi Nik Md Daud that the Petroleum Development Act 1974 (PDA) was a “voluntary harmonisation” agreed by all states. Wilfred Yap Inspects Completion of Hui Sing Community Hall Upgrade

Hui Sing Community Hall has been upgraded under the Rural Transformation Programme (RTP) 2024 with RM200,000 allocated for repairs and improvements. Kota Sentosa assemblyman, Wilfred Yap together with Kuching South City Council (MBKS) officers, conducted a final inspection of the project, which addressed long-standing issues such as a leaking roof and structural wear after more than 20 years without major renovations.
