Dr Sim: Barisan not against Islam but against Hudud as they believe in moderation
Senator Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian, Local Government Minister and SUPP President said he need to get clarification from the Barisan secretary-general (Tengku Adnan) as to what exactly have been discussed or agreed on Hudud issues. 人联党中央常务会议
砂人联党于10月1日召开中央常务会议。 党主席拿督沈桂贤主持这项会议，出席者包括中央秘书长兼卑尔骚区州议员拿督陈超耀律师、副主席兼史纳汀区州议员拿督李景胜、宣教秘书兼美里市长俞小珊、巴都吉当区州议员罗克强、古晋支部主席拿督杨莉、署理秘书长天猛公陈如飞、青年团总团长陈开和妇女组主席拿汀徐美丽。 沈桂贤指出，该会讨论的议程之一，是国阵最高理事会日前通过的关于伊斯兰刑事法共识。 基于伊斯兰党主席拿督斯里哈迪阿旺即将在国会再次提呈私人法案，因此伊斯兰刑事法课题再次引起关注。 沈桂贤强调，他认为国阵总秘书拿督斯里东姑安南向媒体披露的所谓共识，必须是国阵最高理事会讨论的，而不是个人的意见。 他称，砂拉越于1963年参组马来西亚，当时是基于多元和中庸社会，并遵从单一法律制度。若这一切改变，砂拉越有必要重新检讨参组马来西亚的决定。 他强调，砂人联党并非反对伊斯兰教，而是反对伊斯兰刑事法，毕竟我国是多元种族社会。
人联党政治秘书拜会联邦公共服务局局长
砂拉越人民联合党的五名政治秘书日前拜会联邦公共服务局，并与该局局长马修阿纳多米尼举行交流回。 此次拜会的目的主要是为进一步了解公共服务领域招聘程序。 人联党的五名政治秘书是陈开、程明智、邓文武、苏莉群和丹你儿布查。 据了解，目前欲成为公仆的民众，只需到公共服务局网站www.spa.gov.my申请与上载本身资料与所需文件，即方便又简单。 同时，由陈开带领的拜访团队也在交流中提出欲了解公共领域的需求与面试程序。通过交流得悉目前仍有不少空缺待填补。获得通知面试者受促作好准备以提高录取率。 人联党鼓励砂子民把握机会加入公共领域服务行列。公共领域目前共分为两个部分即联邦公共服务局管辖联邦部门公仆事物；而州政府部门单位方面则由州策划单位（SPA）负责。
