俞小珊希望反贪委员会交待涉贪助理部长案件
砂拉越人民联合党中央宣教秘书俞小珊向大马反贪委员会喊话,希望该委员会能向人民交待之前对某助理部长疑涉贪的最新调查进展。 他说,人联党对有关事件已发生一段时间,但该委员会没有做出进一步声明深表关注。 “如果调查证明该名助理部长没有涉嫌贪污,应该还给对方一个清白;相反若有确凿贪污证据,就应该尽快把涉案者提控上庭。这是非常重要的,它即可以证明砂州政府在打击贪污方面的决心,也能恢复民众对反贪委员会的独立性和公信力。” 他表示,人联党不希望有关案件出现拖延太久,或不了了之的情况,因为这是民众最想要知道和关心的课题。 俞小珊在文告中指出,人联党在打击贪污的立场坚定,从未改变,也支持砂首长丹斯里阿德南推行的系列打贪努力,包括取缔非法伐木和杜绝舞弊贪腐等行动,以建立有效和廉洁的政府。 “反贪委员会对一名助理部长和州议员怀疑涉嫌贪污和滥权展开调查,显示反贪会打贪不手软及其独立性,我们必须充当反贪会后盾,给予大力支持。不过反贪委员会也必须尽快调查出一个结果来。” 他表示,民众长期来对反贪会的取缔和调查行动存有负面印象,认为“调查小案效率高,调查大案却无下文” 因此,目前是反贪会建立其独立性和公信力的最佳时期。 此外,俞小珊说,人联党向来鼓励民众若有贪污证据应该向反贪会举报,而非如一些对贪污课题政治化爱好者,肆无忌惮不断在炒作,争取廉价宣传。
