陈开出席肯雅兰小学家教协会会议
肯雅兰小学于昨日如期召开家教协会会议，砂人联党青年团总团长陈开代表秘书长沈桂贤医生出席。 该校目前急需兴建一座拥有24间课室的新校舍，以解决目前课室不足的问题。目前该校还实行上下午班制，校方计划新校舍完成后，所有下午班的学生可以转为上午上课。 肯小家教协会希望近期经常到本州，为国阵万年烟候选人助选的副首相兼教育部长丹斯里慕尤丁能够协助该校，拨出一笔建筑经费。 家教协会主席徐德祥在会议上，移交一份计划书予陈开，期望砂人联党能代为争取拨款，见证者包括该会顾问本固鲁陈兴枝及校长何逸菁。

万年烟州议席补选于今日进行提名程序，最终敲定是国阵土保党候选人尤西诺斯直接对垒人民公正党候选人阿都查里尔。 这场补选的提名程序是于今早在沐胶民事中心举行。 副首相兼国阵署理主席丹斯里慕尤丁为国阵候选人站台，多名国阵成员党的领袖，包括砂人联党主席丹斯里陈华贵、署理主席拿督斯里里察烈、秘书长沈桂贤医生、宣教秘书拿督陈超耀、青年团总团长陈开及妇女组主席郑丽萍也出席今日提名活动。

SK Kenyalang Parent-Teacher Association’s Annual General Meeting was successfully held yesterday. SUPP Central Youth Chairman Tan Kai attended the meeting on behalf of the party’s Secretary General Professor Doctor Sim Kui Hian, who was unable to attend the meeting due to some other commitment.
