砂拉越中部地区的心脏病治疗服务迎来重大提升——民都鲁医院新设立心脏科中心（Cardiac Unit），并获砂拉越心脏基金会（Sarawak Heart Foundation）捐赠总值225万令吉的先进医疗设备。移交仪式于周一在民都鲁医院举行，由砂副总理兼砂心脏基金会副主席拿督阿玛沈桂贤医生主持。 沈桂贤指出，这笔基金的筹集得益于多方慷慨捐助，其中砂石油公司（PETROS）捐款160万令吉、民都鲁铝业公司（Press Metal Bintulu）捐款50万令吉，以及民都鲁港口控股公司（Bintulu Port Holdings）捐款15万令吉。 他表示，凭借这笔资金，民都鲁医院今年2月成功建成导管室（Catheterisation Laboratory，简称Cath Lab），成为砂拉越继哥打三马拉汉砂心脏中心（Sarawak Heart Centre）之后，第二家拥有此类设施的公立医院。 自2月24日起，砂心脏中心已派出两名心脏专科医生，每月两次前往民都鲁提供诊治服务。截至9月底，共有145名病人接受治疗，其中包括75宗经皮冠状动脉介入手术（PCI）。 随着导管室的设立，民都鲁及周边地区的心脏病患者无需再转介至砂心脏中心。这项设施将作为“迷你卫星中心”，提升专科医疗可及性并有助于挽救更多生命。 沈桂贤感谢所有捐助单位的支持，并呼吁更多企业与个人踊跃捐助砂拉越心脏基金会，协助有需要的心脏病患者获得及时治疗。

陈超耀：罗东甘榜巴西翻新工程完成

许徳婉：砂拉越不需要族群政治
人联党中央妇女组主席许德婉抨击砂行动党一再炒作“华人选区”课题，暴露出他们依旧沉溺在不合时宜的族群政治思维中，完全看不清砂拉越今日的政治格局与砂民真正的诉求。 砂行动党指责砂政府“忽视华裔选区比例”，不仅逻辑荒谬，更暴露出他们急于转移焦点的政治企图。最近，首相安华公开批评旅游部长张庆信在官方活动上饮酒一事，引起全国舆论哗然。面对这起关系到联邦政府形象与砂拉越尊严的事件，行动党重量级领袖皆选择噤声与沉默。如今，砂行动党却急忙抛出“华人议席不足”这一课题，企图以族群情绪转移公众视线。 许德婉认为，这就是砂行动党，当联邦出现涉及砂拉越权益与尊严的事件，他们不敢出声；但一旦关系到可以煽动情绪、博取选票的议题，他们马上“火力全开”。 事实是，砂拉越的政治早已进入“砂优先（Sarawak First）”的阶段。砂拉越所追求的，是联邦归还应有的权利、增加国会议席、强化砂拉越在联邦体制内的话语权。无论是华人、马来人、伊班人或任何族群，大家关心的是砂拉越在联邦的地位是否受到尊重？我们的发展资金是否公平分配？砂拉越的声音是否被听见？ 砂行动党却选择回到“族群政治”的老路，继续把砂拉越的政治议题狭隘化、种族化。这种“马来亚式政治文化”不属于砂拉越，也不该被砂民接受。 许德婉要再次强调，砂拉越人不分种族，大家共同面对的发展挑战与经济机遇，才是最重要的课题。华人选区多少，不代表砂拉越声音的强弱；只有增加砂拉越在国会的议席、强化砂拉越的政治代表权，才能真正让砂拉越有力量维护自己的利益。 她也指出人联党一直以来都是一个多元种族的政党，不仅有以华裔为主的选区，也有以土著为多数选民的选区，更有多位土著议员代表人联党在砂议会和国会发声。人联党始终秉持一个信念，为砂拉越所有族群服务，不分种族、不分宗教，共同为砂拉越的未来奋斗。 因此，许德婉反问行动党：为什么要刻意挑起种族课题？ 难道政治代表的价值，只能以肤色或族群比例来衡量？在马来亚半岛，难道所有政党的议员与选区都是按照族群人口比例来分配的吗？ “这种狭隘的政治思维，只会分裂砂拉越社会，削弱砂拉越争取更大自治与公平代表的整体力量。” 许德婉也借此挑战砂行动党与其在族群政治上挑战砂副总理沈桂贤，不如先挑战自家砂主席兼行动党国会领袖张健仁严厉谴责希盟主席兼首相安华，要求就张庆信在官方活动饮酒一事向全国交代。如果张健仁能在国会动议“石角丢石头”这种地方性课题，他更应该勇敢地在国会动议辩论“官方活动禁酒”事件。 砂拉越不需要族群政治，砂民需要的是行动与担当，希望砂行动党给出一个合理、真诚的回应，不要左右而言它来掩盖责任，让公众看到，一个有担当的政治人物应有的立场和勇气。
