SUPP Public Complaints Bureau was recently approached by a man, named Mr Kho living in Batu Kitang who was facing problems applying for Birth Certificates for his son and daughter as he never registered his marriage to an Indonesian woman who have since run away and gone back to Indonesia. The man’s son is already 9 years old and the man’s daughter is already 7 years old and both children are unable to enroll in School as they do not have a Birth Certificate.

After so many years facing this problem and after seeing many people seeking for assistance with no results, the anxious father (Mr Kho) of the 2 children decided to seek help and advice from SUPP Public Complaints Bureau Chief, Wilfred Yap after reading in the newspapers about SUPP Public Complaints Bureau assisting the public on all type of problems the public are facing.

SUPP Public Complaints Bureau Chief, Wilfred Yap after hearing the man’s problems and predicament have now successfully assisted the man in obtaining Birth Certificates for the man’s two children from the National Registration Department, Sarawak.
