Kuching Street Parade held in conjunction with 60th anniversary of Sarawak independence
It was another awesome street performance by the people of Kuching where more than 60 teams comprising of 3,000 people from the kampung, schools and colleges with different cultural groups, martial arts, Silats, Tai – chi, Marching bands, NGO, local councils, Government agencies and PDRM took to the streets in Saturday in Kuching center, said Deputy Premier, Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian.
He thanked everyone for joining in the celebration of Sarawak 60th anniversary celebration.
Dr. Sim said Sarawakians must maintain and appreciate the harmony Sarawak had enjoyed.
