Hit and run victim claim for pension, compensation, approved
SUPP Public Complaints Bureau (SUPP PCB) Chief, Wilfred Yap together with SUPP members recently visited a resident of BDC Resettlement Scheme to inform him that SOCSO had approved his medical compensation of RM29,979.84 and invalidity pension of RM16.32 per day.
The wife had earlier in asked for assistance on the status of his application for financial assistance in the form of medical compensation and invalidity pension.
The victim had been involved in a hit and run accident – he is now bedridden and paralysed from the waist down.
