Sebastian Ting Inspects Near Completed Upgrade Works at SMK St Columba
Sarawak Deputy Minister for Tourism, Datuk Sebastian Ting, has approved a allocation of 100 thousand ringgit under the 2024 Rural Transformation Programme to upgrade several facilities at SMK St Columba. MPP Lends Excavator To NREB To Fight Fire
Padawan Municipal Council Chairman Cr Tan Kai said the council was ready to assist agencies in tackling the recurring fire at the used tyre factory at Mile 9 by providing an excavator to help contain the situation. The fire, which has repeatedly reignited since late October, flared up again and required response teams from Kota Samarahan and Kota Sentosa fire stations.
