沈桂贤巡视排水系统提升工程
砂拉越副总理兼公共卫生、房屋及地方政府部长拿督斯里沈桂贤日前与巴达旺市议会、工程师及沈医生团队走访石角选区的Sri Emas花园及SPS 3巷。 也是石角区议员的沈桂贤表示，在石角乡区转型拨款资助下，当地排水系统提升至洋灰混凝土，并且重新铺设道路，此为公开招标工程，希望能系统化提升当地住宅区所有排水系统。卜 他说，对于拥有30至40年历史的徙置区房屋，单靠巴达旺市议会的门牌税收入永远不足以应付提升需求。 “因此，在砂拉越总理阿邦佐哈里政策下，所有新徙置区都会按照可负担房屋模式，比如Spektra Permata兴建，拥有洋灰混凝土排水系统、柏油路及路灯等基本设施。” 他指出，从长期角度而言，这更符合经济效益。
