人联党中区支部执委商议国选
砂拉越人民联合党主席拿督斯里沈桂贤日前与诗巫5支部、泗里街及马拉端支部执委商议备战第15届全国大选。 也是砂拉越副总理的沈桂贤强调，经过马来西亚建国59年后，诗巫选民终于迎来千载难逢的机会，极力索回阐明于1963年建国契约的砂拉越权益。 他说，这包括卫生自主权、教育自主权、发展拨款分配、砂拉越及沙巴国会议席占三分之一及土地交易税收等。 “让我们鼎力支持砂拉越政党联盟强大团队进入来届国会，捍卫及争取属于我们的权益。”
南甲支部成立8周年晚宴
砂拉越人民联合党主席拿督斯里沈桂贤日前出席南甲支部成立8周年纪念晚宴。 他恭贺南甲支部迎来成立8周年，并表示砂拉越人民联合党能在去年12月砂拉越选举赢回诗巫2个议席，有赖于党员同志对党忠诚、捍卫砂拉越权益的决心及永不放弃的精神。 他强调，党员们应携手再次将这种奋斗精神投入在第15届全国大选，协助人联党候选人胜出。
