砂人联党中央妇女组主席许德婉支持科学、工艺及革新部长凯里以法律对付不符合资格插队接种新冠疫苗的人。 凯里也指示接种计划工作组提供前线人员的名单和指南以避免再发生”插队”事件。 不符合资格却企图插队接种疫苗的行动是自私和不道德的。第一阶段疫苗接种是优先给直接参与对抗新冠肺炎疫情的前线和人民代议士的。在此许德婉希望大家做个好公民，先确保所有的前线人员都打到疫苗，受到保护。 新冠疫苗接种计划分三个阶段推出。第一阶段正在进行中，目标是医疗，基本服务和国防领域的前线人员。第一阶段计划于2021年4月完成。 第二阶段的目标人群是那些患有慢性疾病和年龄在60岁以上，和有残障的人。第二阶段计划于4月开始，并于2021年8月完成。 第三阶段将于5月开始，并于2021年8月完成。第三阶段的目标人群是其余18岁以上的人。住在红区的市民获得优先。 砂拉越需要几乎每个18岁以上的人接种疫苗，以实现群体免疫（70％的人口具有免疫力）。砂拉越目前的挑战是我们有28.8％的人口年龄在18岁以下，这些人目前不符合疫苗接种条件。 许德婉呼吁公众通过MySejahtera进行疫苗注册。MySejahtera 将在近期内推出注册老年人和没有MySejahtera移动应用程序的人的新功能。对于没有智能手机的人，他们可以在附近的县公宿进行注册。 “在等待轮到我们接种疫苗的同时，让我们继续保持警惕，保持健康并遵守标准作业程序。自我们一同对抗新冠肺炎疫情以来已经有一年了，尽管疫苗已经到砂拉越，我们现在还要继续努力，不能松弛下来。”
程明智欢迎首相恢复东马权益声明
砂人联党青年总团长程明智欢迎首相丹斯里慕尤丁表明，通过成立大马契约特别委员会，确保东马的砂拉越与沙巴应有利益，并希望早日实现。 他说，慕尤丁在发表担任首相一週年的献词，提及不会忽视砂拉越及沙巴的权益，也要得到更公平的待遇，取得更平衡的发展一事，应获得积极地跟进，并能成为事实。 他强调，砂盟政府正向联邦索取之前遭剥夺的1963年大马契约（MA 63），所赋予砂拉越的一些自主权，属于砂拉越的必须归还给砂拉越，必须依赖砂人民给予支持。 程明智发文告指出，人联党青年总团全力支持砂盟政府作出力争，砂拉越是理应在MA63的基础下，享有更多的自主权力，也是砂人民所热衷期待的。 他强烈批评希盟阵营，曾将归还给砂拉越及沙巴在MA63应有的自主权列为竞选宣言，可在执政联邦22个月期间，完全没有作出所承诺的行动，不仅只是空淡，更有政治欺骗之嫌。他声称，在希盟执政联邦22个月期间，希盟的议员并没有仗义执言，要希盟政府兑现归还给砂拉越及沙巴自主权之事，深信砂人民对此记忆犹新，而希盟迄今也无对砂人民作出交代。
