Landowners in Batu Kawa advised against selling their land
Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian advised land owners in Batu Kawa not to sell their land as it will be more valuable in future in view of the development projects lined up for the area. “If you have land in Batu Kawa, do not sell it. 沈桂贤：石角未来将会取得蓬勃发展
砂地方政府及房屋部长兼石角区州议员拿督沈桂贤强调，石角区未来将取得蓬勃发展。 他称，未来石角土地的价值会随着发展的落实而水涨船高，因此居民不应轻易变卖土地。 他在甘榜实打博礼堂出席开斋节联欢会时表示，石角区即将落实的发展包括水上乐园、河滨公园、可负担房屋、新警署和一个马来西亚诊所。因此，石角居民必须对此做好准备，迎合未来的发展。 他说，如果石角居民没有做好准备，当机会来临时，他们就无法把握得住。 与此同时，沈桂贤指他将会争取古晋省公署大厦建在石角。 他透露，目前古晋省公署没有自己的办公楼，靠着租借办公室的方式运作。 他将与首席部长拿督阿玛阿邦佐哈里讨论此事，希望古晋省公署的新大厦可以落在石角区。
