ANALYSIS: thesundaypost calls it ‘The UPP-SUPP Conundrum’, but after reading the article, I would prefer to call it ‘The UPP-Merger of Minds Conundrum’. Why ‘The UPP-Merger of Minds Conundrum’ is obvious – the article takes a dig at Party Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) and Sarawak Progressive Democratic Party (SPDP), Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP)’s allies in the ‘merger of minds’ alliance. 前行动党议员加入人联党
多名行动党前党员于日前集体加入砂人联党。 他们是于今日前在砂人联党总部举行的仪式上，移交入党表格予砂人联党主席拿督沈桂贤上议员。在20多名入党者当中，其中有8名新入党的党员声称之前是行动党党员。 他们表示对行动党领袖的作风感到失望，同时对人联党的全新转型给予高度评价，同时为砂拉越人民的权益做出争取下，如今加入砂人联党，作出对的选择。
巡视新渔村小贩中心
砂人联党党主席拿督沈桂贤上议员、古晋警区主任罗斯兰及砂人联青宣教秘书兼朋岭支部青年团秘书符祥威律师于日前前往新渔村小贩中心巡视及张贴警方热线电话贴纸。 由于接到当的鱼贩们的投诉，指贼徒在夜里偷走他们存放在储藏箱内的鱼只，而且被偷去的鱼只数量很多。因此，众人在活动上与当地小贩交流，教授防范罪案知识。 罗斯兰指出，由于鱼贩们在面对失窃鱼只后都没有向警方报案，因此，他希望鱼贩们在发现鱼只被偷窃的时候，必须向警方报案。 “另外，警方也查悉，鱼贩们用来装置鱼只的大型储藏箱柜亦被偷窃，警方相信贼徒亦对鱼贩业熟悉，而且偷的都是上等鱼，普通鱼只贼徒都不偷！ 他希望市民与警方保持密切合作，携手打击罪犯。
Pending constituency upgrading works.
A total sum of RM545,000 for the Rural Transformation Projects (RTP) was approved by the Sarawak Chief Minister, Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Haji Adenan Satem, for N10 Pending constituency’s upgrading works. The funding was earlier compiled and submitted to the Chief Minister through SUPP President, Senator Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian on August 2015.
