党员受促保持冷静
砂拉越人民联合党主席丹斯里陈华贵今晚发表文告，呼吁全体党员冷静看待砂州政局的演变。 他说，根据消息，诗巫支部主席拿督斯里黄顺舸于今日下午4时45分在州立法议会宣布退党，并加入新政党，即砂人民力量党。砂人联党中央对此严正声明，从未接获黄顺舸的辞党信函。 “基于事态严重，我与党内领袖讨论后，认为黄顺舸应立即被开除。” 陈华贵表示，作为党主席，他正式向党中央常务委员会建议，马上开除黄顺舸。 他说，这是遗憾的决定，但基于黄顺舸宣布加入新党，砂人联党必须对他采取行动。 他呼吁全体党员保持冷静，并继续投给党领导层信任，让党领袖带领党走出困境。 他保证，中央常务委员会将很快召开会议，讨论进一步的决定。
