Sarawak Head of Management, Datuk Dr Chai Khin Chung believed that Chinese youngsters will have a good career in the police force and that Chinese parents should discard the negative perception of having their children in the force. 阿德南：人联党不应被吊销
首席部长丹斯里阿德南沙登强调，作为国阵成员党之一，成立于1959年的人联党，是砂州历史最悠久的政党，不应因为党争而断送党的注册。 他说，若人联党被吊销，恐怕会引起更大的风波，包括种族分裂和政治分歧。 他提醒人联党，若无法维持团结，就很难赢回华裔选民的支持。 “华社对于人联党的党争已经感到厌倦，更何况，党争的问题如今已经引发社团注册局考虑要不要吊销人联党的危机。” 首长提醒人联党必须重归团结，惟有如此，该党才能告诉华裔选民，“我们有资格获得你们的支持，你们的选票。”
陈超耀：砂州人应致力维护和谐精神
砂人联党宣教秘书拿督陈超耀赞扬首长丹斯里阿德南沙登表明拒绝宗教与种族极端份子进入砂州，破坏安宁和和谐的立场。 他说，砂州28个种族长期以来和谐相处，这是砂州人引以为傲的团结精神。 他强调，和平、团结及宗教与种族和谐是非常重要的，砂州人应致力维护这种精神，拒绝任何外来者的破坏。 陈超耀说，表明拒绝外来者破坏砂州和谐的立场是非常迫切和合时宜的，因为以西马为基地的土著权威组织，在近期不断声明该组织已经在砂州扎根。 他说，根据他所了解，土著权威组织所谓在砂州扎根的说法是一派胡言。他也强调，若让土著权威组织主席拿督依布拉欣进入砂州，散播种族极端文化，对砂州和谐是非常危险的。 “移民局已经证实依布拉欣所谓也未曾踏足砂州；实际上，类似他这样的争议性人物，应该被禁足砂州！” 陈超耀指出，在之前，依布拉欣甚至号召焚烧基督圣经，这种做法会导致严重后果。 首长阿德南沙登于本月21日发出文告，阐明砂州政府会使用移民权力，禁止任何种族及宗教极端份子进入砂州搞破坏。 他强调，砂州享有的安宁和和谐不应受到破坏。
Maintaining peace and religious harmony in Sarawak
